Very warm rooms.
Cons:

Room was very warm. They had no way to cool it. They said the whole facility is on heat so the rooms are just warm. I did not sleep well and won’t be back.

Freezing cold and extremely uncomfortable
Pros:

AWEFUL. The heat was broken the entire time and my family and I were shivering in our bedsheets. We called the hotel manager many times and they never responded. The water in the shower was freezing as well. We had nowhere else to go. That was the coldest night I've ever experienced. Don't go here if there's unreliable warmth! Especially in winter in Minnesota!

It was a convenient hotel to stay in and it had soap, toothpaste, and pretty clean.

The price was a little more than i wanted to spend.
Pros:

Front desk service and elevator was fast and efficient

Cons:

While waiting for the shuttle to the airport (which was almost 15 minutes late), tried to get a drink of lemon infused water in the lobby but was empty

Stay was fine. We checked in at 10:30pm and checked out at 3:50am
Pros:

Very close to airport and hotel provided shuttle service.

Cons:

The hotel didn’t have my reservation and it took awhile to find someone who took the initiative to go to booking.com website in order to find my reservation. This is even after I provided documentation that I had paid for the room through booking.com.

Pros:

The location to the airport was perfect.

Cons:

The A/C on the whole 8th floor was out. It was horrible. Staff was they were aware but did not offer to move.
No coffee available till 6:00AM and we had to leave before. Only option was a $3.50 one.
No ice on the floor, only option was the lobby or room service.
