AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
Pros:

This hotel is HORRIBLE. One of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had. They treat guests like crap, charge $9 for a bottle of water and apparently can’t control how warm the room is. Avoid at all costs, if you need a hotel close to the airport there are many other options.

Hilton non refundable booking policy, be aware
Pros:

My Wife booked a night stay online prior to our Hawaii honeymoon trip and chose the day we were leaving instead of the night prior. We noticed the mistake on our confirmation email, we called immediately to report the mistake but were told that this is our fault and the policy is no changes no refunds.
We booked with the Hyatt and were treated respectfully.
Bottom line, do not make a mistake or have an emergency if you choose the no refund booking.
The agent we spoke to at the hotel gave us a bogus name and hung up twice after 10 minutes waits to speak to a human, hopefully this money making strategy will work for a hotel that uses the Hilton name.

Very warm rooms.
Cons:

Room was very warm. They had no way to cool it. They said the whole facility is on heat so the rooms are just warm. I did not sleep well and won’t be back.

Freezing cold and extremely uncomfortable
Pros:

AWEFUL. The heat was broken the entire time and my family and I were shivering in our bedsheets. We called the hotel manager many times and they never responded. The water in the shower was freezing as well. We had nowhere else to go. That was the coldest night I've ever experienced. Don't go here if there's unreliable warmth! Especially in winter in Minnesota!

The price was a little more than i wanted to spend.

Front desk service and elevator was fast and efficient

Cons:

While waiting for the shuttle to the airport (which was almost 15 minutes late), tried to get a drink of lemon infused water in the lobby but was empty
