Pros:

Imagine waking up for an early morning flight and the shower does not work. We called the front desk to ask if there was a trick to the shower and they said no. They sent the security guy up and he played around with it and then he managed to make it workish however it was so hot it felt like our skin was melting off.
This is another example of how the Hilton properties are declining. After being a long time Hilton loyalty customer we’ve decided we are done with Hilton.

Avoid this hotel
Pros:

Left after one night. The hotel rooms have one heating and air conditioning system and are not controlled individually in the rooms. Unfortunately, the hotel can only run either heat or air conditioning (not both) so when we went the weather was unseasonably warm yet there was no air conditioning in the rooms. Their reasoning is that it would be cold in a few days and if they switch to air (which as per management they first need to get the city to give their permission??? thus it is a very timely procedure) they would have no heat when in turns cold again in a few days. This left us in a very hot room with no ability to even open a window. They told us there are fans in the closet to use but ours did not have a fan (many other people said the same). When they finally got us a fan it was dirty and full of mold. They said they were also trying to find us a room that might be in a colder spot in the hotel but the women who promised that never called back as promised. I finally feel asleep but woke up with a headache due to the heat and humidity in the room along with air from a moldy fan blowing on me all night. The front desk told me they where hoping to have the air conditioning switched on the next night but seeing that the temperatures where going back down and knowing they would then have no heat I left as soon as I got confirmation that I was getting my money back and checked into a Marriott down the street. This seems to be an ongoing issue if you look at the other reviews complaining about the temperature of the room. The system needs to be updated (along with the whole hotel) because it’s not fair to state there is heat and air condition when this is not true. You get one or the other and that’s up to management and evidently the city? The room was large but also not the cleanest and the furniture was very worn. Truthfully this hotel needs a complete redo in my opinion. I would avoid it if you have any other options.

Pros:

Horrible and slow check in. Don’t even recognize my gold Hilton status. They play to Delta missed flights so all the hotel guests are grumpy.

Close to the airport,reasonably priced and had a restaurant and bar so did not have to drive around after driving 2 hours to get there.

Very happy with my stay
Pros:

I’m not sure why there is so many negative reviews

My experience was positive it was one of the cheapest hotels near the airport my night or stay

Free shuttle to the airport and mall with a very friendly driver too.

The room was spacious and clean, but a little dated.

All over I would stay again if the price was still low

Stay was fine. Just uncomfortable beds and temps made it a bit miserable.

Rooms were very hot. No AC. Had to prop the door and use a box fan to get some relief. Sleeping was difficult as it was so hot.

ホテルから空港に無料のシャトルバスが出ているのもよいです。
シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープがボトルで置いてあるので、よく泡立つまで遠慮せずに使えます。

・空調について
その日は外が−5℃で非常に寒かったのですが、ホテルの空調の効きが悪く、部屋の中も肌寒かったです。
・シャワーについて
シャワーの温度があまり高音にならないので、体が温まりません。空調も効かなかったので、とても寒かったです…。水圧も弱いので、シャワーに対する満足度が低いです。
・無料のシャトルバスについて
空港からホテルまでの乗り場がわかりにくく、鉄道を使ってホテルに向かったのですが、鉄道の駅からホテルの徒歩アクセスがあまりよくありません。スーツケースを持っての移動は大変だったので、必ず事前に乗り場を確認してください。

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS
Pros:

This hotel is HORRIBLE. One of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had. They treat guests like crap, charge $9 for a bottle of water and apparently can’t control how warm the room is. Avoid at all costs, if you need a hotel close to the airport there are many other options.
