The towels had hairs, the bath has all kinds of hairs, the shower curtains had hairs falling, covers were dirty.

Very FILTHY, it hás never been clean. It had very strong oddor like humidity. Soiled sheets the worse was that it was infected with cockroaches, went to talk with the person at the front office and acted like it was normal!?

Nothing, we did not stay due to the conditions of the property as a whole.

Cons:

The whole building smelled like cigarrete not to mention rooms, stained and loose carpet, stained linen and mattresses, unkempt rooms and bathrooms we got out of there quickly odor was overwhelming not healthy for any human being. We had to leave spoke to lobby attendant and she offered other rooms which were no different. Asked for refund and said we needed to call Booking .Com to which we were unsuccessful called six times and the 6 times we were disconnected. Bad service on behalf of hotel and booking dot Com with their robots answering not being able to help.

Pésima estadía

El personal cordial.

Cons:

Sucia. No funcionaba cafetera ni secador de pelo. No hay máquina de hielo. El desayuno malo. Olor a humedad. Una luz de cortesía al ingreso dentro de la habitación, que se prendía con sensor de movimiento, por lo que cada vez que te movías en la noche se encendía e iluminaba toda la habitación.
