Pros:

At first the staff was friendly, worked with the situation.

Cons:

After 2 weeks of staying here, my daughter is being told by the hotel staff that she needs to keep her child quiet. She is a disabled 6 year old with severe autism. Mom is going through emergency situation. She tried to talk to the staff, and they said that's not their problem, she needs to fix it.

Not to good very dirty and would never stay there again

I did not like anything. I did not even stay.

Cons:

The room smelled like cigarettes and dirty mop water. The walls were dirty it was out dated. Missing persons papers were posted on the walls. No elevators. It was just gross

Extrem veraltet, dreckig, heruntergekommen absolut nirgends geputzt

Alles war extrem dreckig
Zimmer überall Haare nicht geputzt es hat gestunken das Stiegenhaus war grauslich mit einem alten Teppichboden

Gehört sofort zugesperrt!!!

Pros:

Location was central to LOTS of stores, centers and essentials .

The beds were comfy. The black out curtain helped soo much and we really enjoyed a peaceful and quiet stay !! Staff was very friendly (:

Cons:

Bathroom door didn't close in our room, there was toiletry trash in the shower from the previous guest, the floor by the beds were wet when we entered the rooms. The night stand with the lamp on was dirty and not wiped down.

I’ve had better stays
Pros:

It’s close to a store and fast food

Cons:

The AC wasn’t working properly so it was hot most of the time, told the staff and they had no concern, 3 weeks have gone by and we didn’t get our deposit back, called to ask, they said sorry we will process that right now, the following week I called to ask when it would arrive, they still didn’t process it, they did it over the phone. Staff needs to do better.

Cons:

Cet hôtel est à fuir, des gens drogués viennent y passer la nuit. Il est sale voire insalubre, pas sécure. Les photos sont mensongères. Nous étions en famille, nous avons été changé de chambre parce que celle réservée avait une fuite d’eau. Ma fille a oublié son doudou, je n’ai eu aucun retour du personnel de l’hôtel après leur avoir écrit à plusieurs reprises via booking et par mail.

No ice machine no pill breakfast was sunny D and waffle machine I guess that wasn’t bad but might as well have nothing water pressure is super low and there was a roach I seen crawling on the wall as we were leaving and the AC wouldn’t go lower then 74 it was hot in there
