The only thing I don’t enjoy staying here is their old fashion television sets still in use here. I couldn’t connect to YouTube or other apps. Their internet connection was poor,which I don’t know why.
i JUST LOVED THE LOCATION
Nice and amazing
Property is amazing and clean. Food can be better but we are there for sleep so place is definitely Amazing. I have taken my family to two other hotels, Hyatt is by far the best.

The location is good only when I booked it I thought I booked in the hotel then later I thought I saw like we booked in a small like apartment and it’s totally different than the hotel and the carpet was not clean. They don’t change the sheet every day, I have to tell them we didn’t like it over there.
It was a great choice for our 6 person family, no breakfast, an exquisite outdoor pool a very equipped kitchen and friendly staff.

The staff at the reception is rude and not helpful at all. They were unaccommodating if any requests we had.

Probably one of the worst stays of my life as they wanted name of all guests at checkin or they said we won’t be able to check in. Even hotels.com customer care team was not able to help. Finally I had a look for another hotel and Hyatt even offered refund.
The hotel was in a great location, opposite Naif rd if you enjoy cheap shopping. It was big and clean. However, breakfast although in the revolving restaurant, was extremely busy and often food as well as cutlery would run out and there would be no where to sit. The variety was little and tasted average. The apartment was spacious and comfortable

I will definitely not comeback; the reception employees lack a good sense of communication. The area around the hotel and moreover there were actually long time residents that made my stay uncomfortable at all
