The rooms were great and the breakfasts were spectacular. Fabio really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome
The only issue is that they take time to respond to messages sent via booking.com. I asked the hotel to make something special for my sisters birthday and I have yet to get a response
Everything. Room, staff everything was amazing
The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The breakfast was very good, and the staff were helpful and provided excellent service. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely prefer to stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo again on my next visit.
Unfortunately, the breakfast area was sometimes very crowded, and the waiting time could be around 10–15 minutes or more. For business travelers like me who have morning meetings, this can be inconvenient and may even result in having to skip breakfast. I would suggest that the hotel management arrange sufficient breakfast capacity according to the hotel’s occupancy, especially during peak hours.

Everything was luxurious. From the moment we checked in it was great. Our room had a great view of the city, the location in Tokyo is perfect for seeing the whole city. Being so close to Shinjuku station made getting around so easy. And a special shout out to the breakfast manager, Fabio. He was so kind to us every morning, he brought us pastries and we chatted about our time living in Italy. He made the mornings special.
Nothing was bad. We didnt know the hotel connected right to a subway station. Tell people that at checkin.

Leider gab es keine Amenities im Bad, wie wir es in vielen anderen Hotels in Japan erlebt haben, z.B. Gesichtsreinigung, Zahnpasta etc. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.
