Nice big rooms
No bar after 11pm
No bar after 11pm which is inexcusable for a hotel let alone a 5 star Hyatt situated in the middle of nowhere. Why do I need ti write 100 characters?
Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency with my colleagues. The breakfast spread at Crossroad Kitchen was impressive. Croissants were very outstanding. Despite full capacity, all staff are still attentive & cheerful. Special shout-out to Fabio for making us feel welcome & special.
The hotel is good but the concierge does not know much about the places to visit which is not helpful for the tourist. They should have more English speaking staff who can guide tourists on places to visit.
Amazing experience! My family stayed for a long period of time. The hotel and staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless with gorgeous views of the park and Mt Fuji. I highly recommend a corner room suite spacious and great for our stay. The location was perfect, walking distance to the convenience store, subway, temples and eateries. The restaurants. Thank you to the hotel staff for being attentive to our needs.
Staff was very friendly, helpful. The rooms were great & the location was great!
Nothing
The room was cleaned and attended to daily, room was a great size and beds were soft.
The room stunk of cigarettes and the bed & pillows had absorbed the smell badly. The floor had a cigarette/stuffy smell to it, when approaching front desk the Spanish speaking lady didn’t understand when we asked to change rooms or have the pillows & linen changed.
Staff were ok, but not to the level the should have been, English was good from the Japanese staff but there is all different nationality of staff with various levels of English.
Watch the lifts they will close on your arm.
The location was a little out of the way but there is a subway close & long tunnel to nishi-Shinjuku station.
Kahvaltı güzel ama sıra aşırı derecede çok. Diğer restoran da kahvaltı için açılabilir. Odalar güzel ama çöp kutusu ufacıktı.
Checkini yapan personel aşırı derecede yavaştı 2 odanın checkinini 30-35 dakikada zor yapabildi. Personelin genel olarak ingilizcesi anlaşılabilir değil.
Very good Breakfast
Gym is good
The Team was kind
No spa
Süperdi
Great location and nice view of the park. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Blackout curtains help keeps the light out if you’re in need of well rested sleep. Staff are friendly and breakfast was delicious! Very convenient to/ from Haneda airport as the limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend and worth the price.
The hotel is quite nice and well located right above Tochomae station on the Oedo line. Easy access to Shinjuku station via the tunnel system or a short subway ride. There is a 7-eleven right under the hotel as well.
Do not miss breakfast. The food choices and quality are unbelievable. The breakfast team leader, Fabio, was very kind and welcoming to our family making sure we had a great experience.
Highly recommended!
The Hyatt Regency in Tokyo definitely feels more like a 5 star hotel. Staff were lovely, hotel interior is excellent, and the breakfast selection was easily the best I've seen at any hotel. My room had a stunning view of Mount Fuji, and was a great size. The hotel is on the pricier side compared to others in Tokyo but I think it is worth it. Hotel is located across the road from Tochomae station so getting around is very easily. The hotel is located in a quieter area with many government buildings around, so great if you are wanting somewhere away from the hustle and bustle. There are some restaurants and konbinis as part of the complex also which is handy.
My only minor complaint would be that the restaurant is too small for breakfast service so there is overflow into the lobby bar. The queue for breakfast can get very long also. Waiters taking coffee orders didn't seem to understand, out of five breakfast I think my coffee order was only right once.
