Amplo, limpo e super confortável
Pequeno almoço com muita variedade mas sempre o mesmo, cansativo ao fim de 3 dias
I would 100% stay here again. The rooms are spacious & luxurious. They're about double the size of the standard tokyo hotel room. The place had a full sized 7-11 store. They offered a complimentary shuttle to Shinjuki train station.
We stayed nine nights in this hotel for our 2026 summer vacations.
The hotel is in a quiet area of Shinjuku, ideal for families, but still only a short shuttle-bus or metro ride away from all the action.
The rooms are comfortable and clean and have all the amenities we needed.
A special thanks goes to Fabio Auteri and his staff from the breakfast, who really made us feel at home and was extremely attentive and friendly. Nowadays you find rarely persons like him, who have service to customer at their heart.
I am looking forward to meet him again either in this Hyatt or any other around the globe.
Thanks from my whole family for this great time we had here.
Great location in Sinjuku right on the subway station. Great lobby in Gatsgy style, comfy rooms and panoramic elevators. The staff was excellent even if they don't speak English well but the Italian barista Fabio Auteri is probably the nicest person there.
Although the weather was hot and humid the climate was brutal. Nights are the problem because you cannot open windows. Weekend days hurry on breakfast of you'll end in a line.
Hyatt Regency Tokyo is a very centrally located and close to all major hubs from work to leisure.
The hotel is greatly hospitable, the Front Desk is fast and efficient, Rooms are compact but comfortable for the family of 3.
The Chinese Restaurant Jade Garden is recommended for their delicious food and service.
The Brekfast Buffet is Delicious and caters to everyone needs of taste , special mention for Mr Fabio Auteri Team Leader, for his warm service and always providing special attention to our need and being helpful.
Keep up the Good Work !
See you soon 🙏
The location and services are perfect. It’s situated right in the middle of Shinjuku business area and there’s a shuttle that can take you to Shinjuku station. The food was good and so was the ambiance. Things were very clean. Be advised that Tokyo is very fancy; we were told no sandals in the lounge. I believe it was mainly meant for my husband since there were other women who wore sandals in the lounge. We did discover that Japanese would rather wear athletic shoes than sandals, even though as American women, sandals are fancier to us. Just a thing to note. Our kids didn’t love the lounge’s choices for food, but kids will be kids. They did love that there was a 711 basically in the same center as the hotel so that was a nightly treat. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
Conforto, quarto enorme e café da manhã sensacional. Staff super atenciosa, com destaque para o Fabio Auteri.
We had such amazing experience at the hotel. Family trip to Japan. Great location. Breakfast is wonderful to prepare yourself for a long day in Tokio.
Fabio, the team leader, was always ready to help. A very nice and warm guy. Thank you Fabio.
incredible experience. clean rooms, food exceptionally delicious, and Fabio who managed breakfast was very kind and accommodating. we loved every moment! will be back for sure
This is a nice hotel in Shinjuku. The beds in particular are super comfortable, there are some good conference facilities, and the restaurants are not bad. I would probably ordinarily give it 4/5 but what swung it for me in the end was the morning breakfast (which was excellent) and the exceptional service from the Team Leader, Fabio. He was attentive without being intrusive. I watched him make each guest feel welcome, ensured they had what they needed, make just enough conversation to make us feel important but respected your space and privacy. It was a lesson in service culture and I felt in the end Fabio turned a 4 into a 5.
Amazing hotel , conveniently located close to all the attractions in Shinjuku.
