Beautiful lobby and view, but a chaotic, overcrowded commercial hotel disguised as luxury.
Pros:

The only positives were the aesthetics: the lobby is undeniably impressive and the view of Mount Fuji from the room was spectacular. Those were the only two things that justified the stay.

Cons:

This hotel markets itself as luxury, but it feels like a high-volume commercial factory focused solely on profit, not hospitality. The property is severely overcrowded—there are long queues for everything, from elevators to breakfast.
I booked a room with Club Lounge access expecting a VIP experience, but it was a disaster. It felt like a chaotic school canteen: overcrowded, disorganized, and impossible to find a table after a long day. Furthermore, when I requested a late check-out, they tried to charge me an absurd fee (higher than a full night's rate) for just 3 extra hours. It is far from a true luxury experience.

設施及房間、服務都非常優秀，但入住時因為搭乘地鐵，發現到飯店大廳好像一定要走一段樓梯，除了這點其他都很棒!
Cons:

從地鐵出來好像沒有無障礙方式(從A7跟A4出口走都要走樓梯到飯店大廳)， 建議旅客前往搭乘飯店的接駁車，從新宿西口走大約5分鐘就可以到巴士搭乘點，但要注意時間~

Absolutely amazing, with stunning view of the city, park and majestic Mount Fuji

Everything! Check in and check out were both very fast and seamless, staff were all very warm, friendly and welcoming. The room was big and spacious, view of the room was absolutely stunning - view of the park, city and majestic Mount Fuji on a clear day. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom waa spacious and had excellent lighting, water pressure was very strong and great in the shower, bath tub was great too! Loved the free shuttle bus to and from Shinjuku Station, the bus conductors were all very warm, friendly and helpful too. There is a convenience store nearby (Family Mart) and a pharmacy - which is a great plus too! Overall we had an amazing stay here. We actually stayed at this same hotel 11 years ago before its refurbishment, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay then and this time around, we definitely made the right choice to stay here again (post-refurbishment) - everything was just simply superb!
