Great hotel in a fabulous location
Pros:

Location was great - very convenient. Close to Shinjuku station. Rooms were a good size, beds very comfy and shower was good. The blackout blind was fab! I slept so well as the room was super dark!

Cons:

The lobby area set up was a bit strange. There were a number of tables which were ideal to plug in the laptop & do some work but you couldn’t get any tea / coffee etc there. They also had signs saying no external food / beverages could be consumed so it meant we had to keep moving tables if we wanted refreshment. It’s a minor niggle to be fair. The service was also a little slow in the lobby area.

Great hotel and location — quiet escape from the craziness of Shibuya while remaining central!
Pros:

I liked that it was in the Shinjuku area and it was nice to feel like we could escape the craziness of Shibuya while still remaining central.

Cons:

I just thought it was expensive for the quality of the rooms especially during low season in Tokyo!

Exceptional service, a beautiful complimentary room upgrade, and a wonderful garden view made our stay truly memorable.
Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly exceptional every member of the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional. We were kindly given a complimentary upgrade to a larger room, which was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a gorgeous view overlooking the garden that made the whole experience even more relaxing. What impressed me the most was the outstanding level of service; it genuinely made our stay feel special. We enjoyed every moment and would happily stay here again. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a memorable experience!

Fabulous 3 night stay.
Pros:

Amazing hotel and lobby. Staff were exceptional especially with help for breakfast for my celiac daughter the staff couldn’t do enough and Fabio team leader treat us like VIPs. Amazing variety at breakfast with GF rolls, cakes & cereal in a separate area.
Great view over the park.

I fully recommend this hotel,, worth every penny.
Pros:

The Hotel is amazing, and the rooms are great. Their Breakfast was amazing; big shout-out to Fabio! He's always networking with people and making sure everything is running smoothly while serving breakfast.

There is an amazing park outside the hotel and a 7/11 store next door.

Cons:

Nothing. My family and I had an amazing time.

I had only 1 point when it came to payment; they asked me to pay the full 6 nights up front. They have this machine for Bank cards, which only works physically and doesn't accept the digital phone option. For some reason, the card worked in the ATM and for taxi payments, but it didn't work in their machine.

This could be because a pin required to access the card, while their machine was try to access the account with no pin and the machine didnt give an option to enter the card pin.

Overall a lovely stay!
Pros:

The property was recently renovated so it’s nice. The lobby and breakfast area are especially good. The reason for my high rating is the staff. Everyone was super professional and so kind! They helped with everything and I felt pampered.

Cons:

The rooms are pretty basic. Not bad or good, just basic for the price.
