Localização na área governamental de Shinjuku, com pouca vida noturna ao redor. Hotel dispõe de shuttle para a estação de metrô. Acomodações boas, prédio muito bonito e staff eficiente. O fato de ser uma cadeia americana ajuda na comunicação em inglês com os funcionários. Bela vista dos andares mais altos do hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located above a subway station and is convenient to get around. The concierge was extremely helpful in helping navigate the city. The breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. The staff, especially Fabio, the breakfast manager was warm and welcoming and worked incredibly hard making everything run smoothly for the staff and guests. He made our mornings. Would highly recommend this hotel.
