Los cuartos están muy cómodos, y tienen buen espacio solo la alberca cuando quisimos ir estaba llena por eso no nos metimos pero el personal del Hotel muy amable gracias.

Mejorar el servicio tanto de quienes atienden el restaurante, como de los recepcionistas.
La habitación tenía goteras.
Un lugar muy acogedor, ideal para descansar después del viaje, una cama muy cómoda, excelente servicio por parte del personal.
La vista al estacionamiento del edificio del SAT, le resta muchos puntos al ambiente.
