The location of the hotel was ideal for our overnight stay and the bed was comfortable
Disappointed as we booked based on the fact it was a ‘Hyatt Regency’ at a good rate, but the hotel was not what we expected for a ‘Hyatt’ standard hotel. The swimming pool looked dirty and full of leaves, the tiled area around the pool looked black. Everywhere just looked a bit old and run down.
There was no atmosphere in the dining hall so we strolled out of the hotel and ate in a near by restaurant by the lake (the lake was the highlight as it had lots of crocodiles swimming in it).

Zostaliśmy umieszczeni w pokoju koło windy na piętrze gdzie było również zameldowani goście weselni z wesela które odbywało się w hotelu. Hałas który robili na korytarzu to godziny 4 w nocy był fatalny, ciężko było zasnąć.
Don’t be naive like me and do your laundry here expecting an honest price. They’ll charge the most absurd price in the whole country for a service you can get anywhere.
Breakfast was great, and the staff and the location of the hotel was excellent. Definitely recommend.
The hotel is in good condition, but there needs to be a little investment in the outside of the building. It’s fine, but it would be great with some new paint.

La decoración en la recepción. La única atención agradable que recibí fue de la persona que me recibió en el check in. El jardín es amplio.
Muy escaso el bufete, la barra del bar estaba clausurada . El servicio del personal deficiente en todas las instalaciones. La habitación no se encontraba lo suficientemente limpia. Me solicitan indicar cuantas personas en la habitación y no les sirve esa información ya que las toallas no son suficientes y hay que pedir.Se encuentra uno en la Piscina y no puede pedir mas que lo que ellos ofrecen que es refresco para beber sin alimentos. Por el precio que pague esperaba mejor atención y servicio.
