One night stay
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean; shuttle bus to Terminal 2 was efficient (15 min trip); had dinner at the main restaurant which was good; 5 min walk to local Korean food restaurants if you want a cheaper option.

Cons:

Just a bit noisy on the floor with people going in and out of rooms and talking in corridors which I guess is more likely in an airport hotel.

Quick Stopover
Pros:

We only stayed for one night to break our travel. Room was humongous and breakfast was great. I had troubles locating the shuttle so had to use a cab. On the way back we used the shuttle - it was a clean, comfortable bus. The journey took a few minutes. I would stay again.

Cons:

Upon our arrival, the extra bed I had requested hadn’t been set up, so we had to wait a bit for it to be set up. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn’t have been a major issue, but after a 12-hour flight, travelling alone with two very young children, not locating the shuttle, cab driver being horrible, reception staff having issues giving me a water, it felt overwhelming. Thankfully, the staff resolved it and the bed was set up, but it was an unnecessary delay at a time when we were all exhausted. Considering the high price of the accommodation, I expected this to have been arranged before our arrival.

Nice comfortable hotel close to the airport for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Stayed before and always a good stay. Close to airport and free shuttle service.

Cons:

For swimming pool you do need a swim cap as none are provided and it is mandatory.

Hotel ist ganz nahe von Flughafen mit kostenlosen Transfer

Cons:

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt nicht den Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel. Wir haben nur ein halbfertiges bzw. unvollständig ausgestattetes Zimmer erhalten, das insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck machte. Zudem lag während des gesamten Aufenthalts ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer. Insgesamt waren wir von der Qualität und dem Zustand des Zimmers enttäuscht.

Great for one night
Pros:

Fantastic location for returning flights — right by the airport, making travel days stress‑free.
Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well‑equipped with great amenities.The hotel itself feels modern and polished, perfect for a short stay before flying out

Cons:

There was rubbish left in the room on arrival, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
Despite advising our arrival time and the need for an extra bed, we had to wait over an hour and a half for it to be delivered — and only after repeatedly calling reception
