For this to be an upscale hotel, the room experience wasn't

The staff was.very kind

Cons:

The property was OK, but they charge you for essentials like a toothbrush. To top it off, we were very uncomfortable. They seem like they needed to be replaced. If you lie in the bed, it sinks in the middle, which is really bad and makes it uncomfortable.

Pros:

Totally loved this hotel! Perfect if you want to stay close to the airport before departure. Lovely staffs, wonderful service and would definitely stay there again. My son loved that he could swim and play football there. Room was big and yes nothing negative. Highly recommend this hotel!

The public areas are impressive - nice to have a Roy Liechenstein print in the lobby! I stayed the night before an early-ish flight, so didn't explore much, but in the morning, I had a short walk to see the Paradise Art Space and grabbed a coffee and pastry from the deli, which were not cheap but very tasty. I also used the pool and sauna, which were fine. I did wonder if my experience would have been different in the Hyatt Regency, which joins the hotel via a 'skybridge' and looks to be a little more modern. Every member of I staff I interacted with were absolutely top of their game - helpful, personable and efficient. The free shuttle to Terminal 2 is much appreciated.

Cons:

My room felt a bit tired, with visible scuffing to some items, a peel in the wallpaper, and a noticeable cobweb. There was also a vague damp smell. I booked very last minute so I suspect it was not a room that is usually first to be offered to guests - it was the very end of the corridor.

Pros:

Very nice hotel. Great rooms and the best breakfast of our trip. Royce was extremely helpful and attentive in respect of needing Gluten Free products.

Cons:

Deposit value is excessive - almost 80% on top of the room charge. This is really unnecessary. Appreciate that pore-authorisation of room charge is necessary, plus something for incidents - but additional amount was vastly excessive.

It’s a comfortable hotel to stay if your travel schedule is not too tight.
Pros:

Facility is complete such as pool and gym.

Cons:

It’s a bit far from the downtown Seoul. It took 40 minutes to take train to Seoul.
