The staff! We had chosen our rooms and got the digital keys, after checking in online. Once we got to property the key didn't work and went to the desk to find out we had been moved from 1st floor to 4rd floor without having been given any explanation. I will add that the staff blamed each other and come up with 2 different answers. The property does not answer emails sent to the property through the website and they were very rude. I did not get my points fir staying and they couldn't or wouldn't even try to help me. Just gave me a number to call. Staff very unprofessional.
First of all, I was very pleasantly surprised with this stay.
In fact, staying here was an accident. I was extending my stay at another hotel, but because I was exhausted from traveling, I mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. I contacted this hotel and explained the situation, hoping for a refund, but the host ignored my request. Not wanting to waste the room fee, I still drove here.
Location: Very convenient, with many hotels around. The scenery is beautiful — watching the sunrise light up the mountains in the early morning was like a painting. It's away from the busy downtown area and very quiet.
Comfort: The bed is neither too soft nor too firm, the quilt is thick, and the bedding is clean and tidy.
Breakfast: A wide variety of options, clean and hygienic, meeting most basic breakfast needs.
Front Desk: A male receptionist — very smart, quick to respond, with standard polite service. Nothing special to mention, as I was mainly here just to not waste a night's room charge, so I didn't pay much attention at the front desk.
Overall: Exceeded expectations by far.
Even after providing a reason for the refund request, the merchant ignored the request.

I have had great success with Booking.com in the past, but this hotel would not confirm the booking or the confirmation I received. My nurse was unable to use the hotel's accommodations on 3/19/26 due to the staff's lack of assistance. We had to rebook at a different hotel. Upon calling the hotel, they stated they were unable to offer any kind of refund. This was a disappointing experience.
Beds were comfortable
The lady that checked us in was rude. There was a needle in the parking lot, the outside and inside was not as clean as expected for a Hilton.
Colorado was wonderful. But iv stayed at the Spark by Hilton in other cities and they where much cleaner. The bathroom still had hair on the wall in the shower and had a pair of socks on the floor by the sick. The room seemed to be clean but we seen spots on the bed. We drove from New Orleans to Colorado we were so tired I just went to the store and purchased cleaning supplies to clean with and took the blanket off the bed. The sheets seemed clean. The second day they did come in and cleaned up and freshed up the room and it wasn't so bad. I will continue to stay at the spark by Hilton because it is affordable and convenient in most cities. I will not stay at the one in Colorado again.
Staff was not nice and friendly. None of the ladies that cleaned the rooms spoke English. I'm not saying that's a bad thing but I was in a new city and state it would have helped if someone could have answered simple questions like, How to get to the front desk from my room, where can I get ice? They would look at you like your crazy. Because they did speak English.
The breakfast included no hot food. there was nothing wrong with the provided cereal or bagels or boiled eggs. The room was clean and quiet.
Conditioner was empty. I couldn't understand how to operate the A/C unit. No real concerns otherwise.
