My overall stay was a fiasco. Never again would I stay in this hotel.

The fact that on the internet was advertised as buffet breakfast and due to staffing levels breakfast was reduced to just cereal and muffins. There were ants by the counters. Wifi was not working. Overall a fiasco.

Disappointing experience due to unacceptable room conditions, poor customer service, and a lack of follow-up, forcing us

Unfortunately, we were unable to enjoy our stay because the room provided was not in acceptable condition. We found a cockroach in the room, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene.

Cons:

The room was not clean or suitable for guests, as we found a cockroach. When we reported the issue to the front desk the following morning, the staff was unhelpful and did not offer a satisfactory solution. We requested the corporate contact information but were unable to obtain it. We had to leave and book another hotel at an additional expense. I also contacted the hotel the next day to speak with a manager, but three days later, I was still waiting for a return call. The lack of cleanliness, customer service, and follow-up was extremely disappointing.

Pros:

Rooms were comfortable. Front Desk Staff was nice and helpful. Parking was good. Not too packed. Outdoor terrace was nice.

Cons:

My son fell down the stairs due to water on the stairs with no sign and never got called by the manager to review incident report. AC was out in lobby. Breakfast you can’t eat more than once. No fruit, no variety. Gravy was only made once in 3 nights I stayed. Cereal stale. Showers were clogged. But, overall better than other hotels in that area.
