Karen in banquets is the BEST

Pros:

Nice hotel. Exceptional service by Norma at front desk. Snack bar needs replenishing more often. Fire alarm sometimes goes off late at night (several times during several different stays).

Solid and affordable for families
Pros:

Stayed here with our 5-year-old daughter and had an enjoyable stay. Norma at the front desk was helpful when we needed to update our reservation and the pool and hot tub were a big hit. You can even walk and pet the horses next door, which my daughter loved. Lobby and grounds are nice but our suite could’ve used some light updating. All in all a nice stay for the price.

Great Brunch
Pros:

Had a wonderful brunch with a group of friends. The food was plentifuland very good. Unlimited mimosas Service from Sally was excellent. Will definitely be back for another brunch.

The Hilton Ocala truly delivered an outstanding brunch experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly; the kind of hospitality that makes you feel welcome rather than rushed.

The atmosphere was relaxed yet polished, with a bright, comfortable dining space that made it easy to settle in and enjoy the morning. Everything was impeccably clean, from the dining area to the restrooms, which always says a lot about an establishment’s standards.

The brunch itself was excellent, thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. The variety and quality stood out, and every dish we tried was fresh and flavorful. The staff was attentive without hovering, ensuring drinks were refilled and needs anticipated with ease.

What really set this experience apart was the professionalism and kindness of the team. It’s clear they take pride in both the food and the guest experience.

Sunday Brunch at Hilton is a must!
Pros:

I really enjoyed all the delicious food. Loved the assortment of food choices. The gentlemen at the omelet station were really personable and kept the line moving. Sally (our server) was amazing. She kept our glasses and cups full.

Rather large hotel for the area. Conveniently located right off the interstate. Lots of restaurants and a mall close by. Nice lobby bar. Front desk staff were very pleasant (Chaveeta 5⭐️).

Decent, Could Use Improvements

The location is well centered, and the front desk staff are helpful.

Cons:

The property is a bit outdated, with older furniture, especially the bathroom. It could use some refurbishments. There also does not seem to be a lot of security on property, with anyone being able to access the pool area, as well as the lobby and elevators.
