Hilton Ocala

We were extremely disappointed with the hotel. It was quiet. Our room overlooked the entryway yucky roof. The room had not been vacuumed-there were easily seen nuts and an artificial fingernail on the floor. The very "mini" refrigerator door shelf was missing. The freezer shelf was a solid block of ice. Rooms have no microwave! The pool was a mess with floating bugs which we skimmed with the pool skimmer. The patio hadn't been swept in ages. There is no poolside bar as described on the website. There is no lunch service although when we had called we were told there was. There was no breakfast buffet. We chose to only have dessert for dinner because the restaurant prices were high and even then it took forever to be served. The website is wholly inaccurate.

It was clean

Fred the manager has bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. Khristina in the dining room is always ready to help with any concerns. Coffee too dark for you? I'll brew another pot right away. These eggs look too loose we'll remake them so they're perfect. Thank you for making a difficult time in our lives just that little bit better so that we can deal with other things that need our attention now.

Chaveeta was so accommodating. Great bar & restaurant. Our waitress and housekeeping supervisor also A+ customer service.

Came home from a trip with painfully swollen feet and hands only to find out our Ocala home’s AC broken. Booked Ocala Hilton for their cleanliness and safety for two nights. Morning of second day my car dies and has to get towed. I was such a stressed out mess, but Shevita’s kindness, Concepcion’s thoughtfulness, and Norma’s empathy relaxed me enough to enjoy pool time and a delicious dinner almost entirely forgetting what awaits. As a widow, grief can show up at the worst times, but Hilton was an oasis and their staff were an absolutely incredible blessing when I needed it most. Highly recommend to all!!!

This is an older hotel room walls are paper thin you can hear everything. The beds are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. If you want a good nights rest don’t pick this spot.
The front desk morning and night were very unfriendly.

Lucretia and Becky are wonderful employees at this Hilton! I was there today for a business meeting and they were awesome!! They created a wonderful display for breakfast and lunch and kept it full and inviting!! Very friendly and helpful!!

Room was not ready when we checked in at 5PM.
Room door would not close by itself and had to be pulled shut.
Accessible shower head would not stay in place and we ended up having the shower leak on to the floor and flood the bathroom.
When we cleaned up the water, the towels came back dirty and disgusting.
I do not believe the room was properly cleaned before we occupied it.
Parking is $11 a day they don't tell you about when you check in.
Buffet breakfast was $24 per person and was the quality of a free breakfast in other hotels.
Only good things were the bar and restaurant and fitness facility.
Will never be back.

I’m so extremely pleased and Impressed with Erin’s customer service! She’s been nothing short of extraordinary! She helped me with my bags when there was no baggage cart! I can’t think her enough for being so sweet! She also made sure our room wasn’t right beside the elevator or by the ice machine because of our 4 year old. It was like she was part of our family with how personal she was with us! I look forward to coming back and seeing Erin and her bright smile again! Thank you Erin, you’re the best!

The staff was very nice. The girl Chaveda (don’t know the spelling sorry) at the front desk was great and extremely helpful.

Beds were very comfortable. Fantastic Breakfast. Great Wifi.
