My room was clean and peaceful. One of the TVs didn't work, and we were compensated for it. There were horses behind the hotel that were friendly! I will come back!

I loved the location, I loved the kindness shown, I loved the attentiveness, the hotel itself is beautifu. Everything was wonderful.

Lori at the bar was so amazing! She served us at the pool and then took care of us at the restaurant. Such a pleasant experience!

I have stayed at Fairfield by Marriott in Ocala many times but after my stay at Hilton Orlando it will definitely just be a backup hotel when Hilton is sold out or just not affordable. The rooms are very modern, comfortable and spacious! The main reason though that I loved this hotel so much is how the front desk staff goes out to make your stay so satisfying! Erin who was on duty the day I arrived was so helpful! They supposedly were out of king size beds but after asking her for one she was able to find me one and after to having to extend my stay for a night was able to keep me in the same room with much of a effort! Because of her I am definitely going to make Hilton Ocala my number one hotel when I’m in the Ocala area!

Chaveeta at the front desk was SOOO extremely helpful and accommodating when I arrived and during the entire check-in process. She acknowledged my status and went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing stay. She really looked out and I truly appreciated her being so kind! Giovanna worked third and she was the sweetest too! I needed to heat my food up, so she helped with that and we had a good convo. She was so down to earth and recommended so many local gems to see. Then, there is Norma who I have met a couple times and has helped me checkout. She is so knowledgeable and helpful and kind. I am serious when I say the entire staff was AMAZING! Even the sweet girl who works at the restaurant during breakfast time. I forgot to ask her name because I got breakfast to go but she always is so pleasant and friendly. The hotel is extremely clean and well kept. I could see staff paying attention to detail and doing the little things, like picking up trash in the halls when they walked by just because they saw it. Those little things make a property well kept and the small things matter. They communicated well and with such a large property, they all seemed to be in sync!
The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was perfect after a long day. The hotel smelled great, which matters to me personally because sometimes it’s hard to breathe in funky smelling hotels (we stay at a hotel a couple times a week for work). Breakfast is always great, gym is well equipped with a cable machine and typically equipment, beds are comfortable so I actually got a good nights sleep, water pressure was good too, even being on the 7th floor so that was great too! Hands down one of my favorite Hilton properties and conveniently located off 75 with ample parking. Parking was 10$ and they didn’t use to charge but it feels secure so I didn’t mind. Plus, with all of the amenities, it was 10$ well spent! I look forward to staying here when in town! Oh, and there a property behind the hotel which has a connected track or walk area, which you can walk to and pet their horses 🤗.

The bed was super soft and comfortable, the view was amazing, the lobby girl was super amazing I can’t remember her name she had black hair, we were given carrots to feed the horses at the back of the property. They had giant connect 4 game to play at the pool, we didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely and there were people in it.

The pool was a bit deceiving from the pictures. Also, we had an issues with 1 of the lamps in our room. It was shorting out. Lastly as a hilton member, our room faced the parking lot.

Excellent hotel! The shower head in the room was amazing!!
Especially enjoyed a light dinner of turkey and Brie paninis and the Special Grilled Cheese with fig jam sandwich!
Our server, Lori, was exactly who we needed after a long day of driving! Very warm and cheerful, offering great suggestions. Made our meal a very enjoyable experience! She is great!
