Pros:

Nous avons apprécier le premier accueil qui nous a été fait

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pas accès au service firetv malheureusement alors qu’il apparaît sur la télévision. Le premier soir nous n’avions même pas la télévision tout court, mais cela a été rétabli dès le lendemain.
Également le petit déjeuné n’est pas exceptionnel…
La propreté serait à revoir : rideau de douche sale, baignoire avec beaucoup de tartre, l’arrière des toilettes était très sale, des taches étaient présente sur les draps..
Heureusement, certains membres du personnel étaient vraiment agréables.
Et je rejoint l’ensemble des commentaires, TRÈS BRUYANT. Si quelqu’un parle à côté de votre chambre c’est comme s’il parlait à votre oreille. Dommage !

Driving thru to get home on a road trip
Pros:

The location was easy to get to off of I40. Easy to get to quick places to eat. The room was clean. The lobby was clean. The breakfast was good. Had adequate choices and was hot and ready super early. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The parking lot was dirty. Not a good first impression. I also had to wait about 15 minutes to be checked in because she was dealing with a problem with one person ahead of me. (who wasn't even checking in) And she finally called me up. My check in went quickly. But when I got to my room, the keys wouldn't work and I had to go back down to wait again (she was still dealing with this other person) She was very apologetic. I appreciated that.

Pros:

Great location and the staff was kind

Cons:

My room had a bad smell and although we didn't have a pet there was dog hair on the floor. I couldn't let my daughter crawl around. It was so nasty. I gave her a bath and they wasn't a drain plug. I got a towel and they're was hair in the towel.

Avoid at all costs. Guy at the front desk was nice at least but overall bs for making me almost have to sleep in my car.

I liked how I didn’t get to stay here since for whatever reason they cancelled my booking? I never got a call or email regarding so.. apparently my phone number was missing and payment failed even though they had my payment on file and my phone number was filled out during booking. 1:00am arrival time only to show up to a sold out hotel that I had a booking at..

Cons:

Everything. Got a real good deal at a nicer hotel for stating that I got screwed over.
