Pros:

Lobby, outdoor space, cleanness, friendly staff.

Overall comfortable stay, just need to update rooms with more plugs near beds.
Pros:

Great location for our needs. Nice lobby. Quiet stay. Pretty outside space. Great parking.

Cons:

My room did not have a plug near my side of the bed. There was a lamp on the night stand but no where to plug it in. I also use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea and if I hadn't brought an extension power strip, I would not have been able to plug it in.

Very disappointed to say the least, and world never stay again at this hotel
Pros:

Dining room was good

Cons:

Toilet not attached to wall seat cover didn’t stay up and kept falling my back, tub did not drain standing water while in shower
Rusty areas in bathroom
I have been an Ethan Allen furniture buyer for years and was very dissapoited
I was refused the option of changing my room , anthropomorphic had hair on the floor it felt like a rent by the hour hotel room

Very acceptable and will look for more of your locations when I travel. 1st Ethan Allen stay.
Pros:

Nice property, well maintained and cleanliness of the rooms 5 stars.

Beautiful propert needing customer consideration
Pros:

Beautiful. Safe.

Cons:

Breakfast was additional cost.
Must have own bath supplies (shampoo…)
My score is based mostly on attitude of a single late afternoon staff member. I have never felt as unwelcome anywhere.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pros:

The man at the front desk was so rude that I asked him if he was ok. He continued with his attitude and made my 12 year old daughter uncomfortable. He then checked us into a room with a broken TV. It’s not a 5 star hotel but I wasn’t expecting this poor of service either.

Nice eye make-up...
Pros:

Tried to check in this past Wednesday but asked to see our potential room prior to paying for it. The exquisitely made-up desk clerk was unable or unwilling to satisfy our request & had no interest in accommodating us. Never visited Danbury before, but were pleased to find good rooms elsewhere. Judging from the expansive lobby & attractive decor, the Ethan Allen is a decent choice but the desk personnel are lacking.
