Nice place lots of stores near by and food
Pros:

Nice clean place, breakfast was good staff was nice. Asked for room near elevator cause I have a amputation for making walking easier they accommodating I did ask ahead of time tho. I do not need a disabled room rho. Room was spacious had everything fresh brewed coffee available 24/7 too

Cons:

Had issues with my heat in room and during winter snow was an issue in parking lot

When I went to check-In on Friday night they were unable to locate my reservation!! Come to find out you guys (booking.com) made the reservation in my guest's name!! Eventually we figured it out but my blood pressure took awhile to go down!!!

Although older property, it seemed the housekeeping staff is doing their absolute best with what they have.

Cons:

Seemed to be dated property. Rust in the bathtub. Just generally older facility. We have come to expect better at Holiday Inn Express.
