Check was effortless. The Front Desk Associate was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She made my first contact at the hotel very pleasant.

I was very pleased with my stay.
Pros:

The staff at this hotel including the cleaning staff are just wonderful. I asked if there was a coffee maker in the room and was told no. I must have looked very disappointed as when after I came back dinner there was a coffee maker in the room. Thanks excellent service.

Cons:

The elevator is really far from the lobby.
