The representatives at the front desk was very helpful. They assisted everyone with grace and respectfully. The room I had was very clean and spacious. I was very surprised at the comfort level that I experienced.

Great location, clean, a great night sleep
Pros:

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable, sleep, and nice breakfast

Cons:

Didn’t like the fact that you could not get in the room before three. I understand that is the policy. But I’ve been to many hotels and once there is a room available, they will let you in. Is multiple people sitting in the lobby waiting to get in all at 3 o’clock.

Clean, comfortable and great location.
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It included a microwave and a refrigerator, which made it feel more like a small apartment than a hotel room. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

Could be great if nights were quiet.
Pros:

Staff was AMAZING! We needed special assistance due to catastrophic injury. Staff totally stepped up.

Cons:

Very LOUD people in the hallways at night.Children screaming. Adults talking loudly on their phones even at 2 am. Hall noises echo throughout hotels. Very disturbing.

Room was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Had requested rooms on first floor by phone a week before. I was told we would have these as requested. On arrival, we were informed that no rooms were available on the first floor, even though I was told we would have them. There is a coffee bar in the breakfast area which was located at the far end, well away from our rooms. Coffee makers in the room would be a plus. Bed was comfortable, but I and my son (in a different room) felt like we were being bitten by something. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a bad place to stay, but quite pricey. I would not stay here again.
