Clean, great employees
Bed too soft
The room was large and comfortable. We just stayed one night while driving cross-country, so everything was great to relax and recover. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was included. We spent the day in Asheville, and the place was located where we could quickly access the highway and get to where we wanted to go.
Some renovations or repairs were happening during our stay. We planned to sleep in, but the property was bustling by 8:00 AM, and housekeeping stopped by to clean before 9:00 AM. I understand most people pass through, so this wasn't unexpected, but something to keep in mind depending on your stay.
New Renovations are beautiful.

I was unaware they don’t take cards from banks like SoFi and it was the only banking account I have. The manager worked it out, but that information Ania’s published anywhere I have seen.

No elevator service so I had to carry all of my luggage up and down the stairs by myself
The front desk girl who checked me in was lovely
The two others were NOT nice at all.
I requested a later checkout than 11am- was told that was not available
There were only 4 cars in the parking lot besides all of the work trucks so there was NO WAY they were so busy I couldn't stay an extra hour
PLUS i just noticed I was charged double what I agreed and even that charge has shown up twice on my bank statement.
So my price jumped from $58/one night to $252/one night

Hard to find this place
Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.
The property was still under some construction and things like the fitness room was unavailable. The elevator was down for a bit but overall a terrific stay.
Even though they are under renovation, the hotel was clean and well-organized.
The pool was treated with too
Much bleach or something similar. It damaged our clothes and hair and caused skin irritation in my daughter.
Clean room, comfy bed, ample enough toileteries.
Breakfast was good; I wish there were more varieties of protein, such as chicken or beef, to accommodate people who can't have pork. Otherwise, overall the experience was great except for the construction going on so we had to park quite far.

Homeless people everywhere outside, trash on the property, hot tub broken (even though we called and checked that they had one), front desk staff very rude
