My stay was a ten and will be staying again.

Everything was great besides having to wait a while to be checked in . He young lady was the only one working.

Um bom lugar para ficar em Asheville.
Pros:

Quarto de bom tamanho, com tudo o que precisava. Bom banho. Banheiro bem conservado. Equipe atenciosa, com destaque para a Ana. Café da manhã tipicamente americano.

Cons:

O colchão está na hora de trocar. A força da água na hora do banho. Um elevador só não é o ideal.

Nice clean and comfortable place to stay
Pros:

The wife and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location was close to restaurants and shopping.
The drive to the Biltmore estate was not far at all, maybe 5 miles.
I would stay here again if we come back to Asheville.
The hotel looked new, I think that it had just been refurbished for the changeover to La Quinta

Cons:

Really can't think of any negatives.

Pros:

I made the mistake of thinking remodeled meant it was a good choice. Unfortunately my stay was quite frightening and the hotel has taken no responsibility for their part. When I arrived I requested a room change due to my room having an adjoining door that was not secure. This made me, a female alone, not feel safe. The hotel could not accommodate me. Later that night the adjoining room had a couple fighting in the middle of the night in which an arrest was made. The hotel did not comp me or offer any compensation. In addition their hot tub which pictures are still on the website advertising, has not worked since the Hurricanes hit two years ago.

Good hotel - Now is La Quinta
Pros:

Considerate staff, clean, comfortable beds, breakfast has good variety, nice pool. Used to be Countryside -it’s now LaQuinta - map app takes you to correct location. We’d stay here again.

Great value for the area!
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. I loved there were plugs on both side of the mirror in the bathroom, and I could plug my night light to use bathroom during the night. Beds were comfortable as well.

Cons:

We could not find the driveway entrance easily, passed it and had to turn around to try again. Best to leave the drive through waffle house for safety.
