Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly.

Cons:

The only suggestion I have for the room is that you add a shower bar in all the showers and not just the handicapped rooms. Everyone is prone to slipping and falling accidentally, no matter what age.

Quality comfort with comfortable price
Pros:

The rooms are nice size with microwave and mini fridge. The bathrooms are updated in style of fixtures and toiletries. The hot breakfast is ample with cheese omelets, breakfast meat, muffins, cereal, juice, and waffles. Great price point and value.

Awesome location, clean, safe, highly recommend
Pros:

Great location! We went to Ashville to hike and adventure and it was a great home base. Staff was so nice and helpful. There was no construction on property. Very close to grocery store and restaurants. As a single mom with 2 kids I felt very safe coming and going. Breakfast was good. Weight room was nice as well. I will be back! Very close to downtown as well. Everytime I put an Ashville address in my phone it was under 10 minutes away.

Cons:

Only had one washer and dryer but they were high quality. Just had to wait for someone else’s load to finish. Tv had over 50 channels, no Netflix etc but it was easy to find something for me and my kids but Asheville was so fun we didn’t need tv.

Very nice hotel but get to breakfast early.
Cons:

Breakfast staff starting closing down 45 mins early. After a long day and night I wanted to sleep in and get a late breakfast but there was no meats left. Plus having a tip jar out and then closing early put a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

Great value.
Pros:

Close to the highway and to downtown—convenient. Clean and attractive building. Comfortable beds in a nice room. Great price!

Cons:

It’s in a sketchy neighborhood. I didn’t feel unsafe there at all, but my relatives were worried about my safety.
