Overall, the hotel offers an excellent location, spacious accommodations, and very good FD service.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for accessing the attractions and activities I had planned in Asheville. The room was spacious, and the front desk staff provided outstanding service. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.

Cons:

First, the complimentary breakfast was quite limited, particularly considering the low number of guests at the hotel. Even the fruit selection was insufficient, which made the breakfast experience less satisfying than expected.

Second, and more importantly, I returned to my room one evening to find that it had not been cleaned. When I asked at the front desk, I was informed that housekeeping was provided upon request. This was unexpected, as I had never encountered this policy before, and I had assumed room cleaning was included in the rate. I believe this policy should be clearly communicated to guests at check-in.

Finally, I was concerned about the organization of the housekeeping and breakfast services. The same staff appeared to be responsible for both room cleaning and kitchen duties. Additionally, one employee was attending to a child while working, which seemed to affect the level of attention provided to guests. I understand that personal circumstances can arise, but the hotel should ensure that staffing and operational arrangements do not compromise service quality.

We stayed there specifically for the hot tub and it was out of commission. Wish we stayed at the hotel across the street
