Nettes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, man ist in wenigen Gehminuten bei der U-Bahn.
Zimmer ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet.
Self CheckIn/Out.

Cons:

Schmaler Zugang zu Dusche und WC, teilen sich eine Tür.

Do not stay there as terrible value for money

Cons:

Breakfast was sparse, room was miniature despite requesting a larger room and abysmally designed. 700 x 700 shower tray not acceptable, standard of refurbishment works poor. Original drafty timer sash windows. Room was so small had to climb over the bed, and fire alarm false alarm at 1.00 am meant 100 + people evacuating and no proper communication

Cons:

During our stay, part of the hotel was undergoing renovation. During the night, the fire alarm was triggered due to a system malfunction, and all guests were required to evacuate their rooms.

Additionally, there was no electricity in the power sockets in the room, which made it impossible to charge a phone.

The breakfast was also very limited — only croissants and chocolate pastries, along with a drink from a coffee machine. For the price, we would normally expect a much higher standard.

Hotel is ok but would choose somewhere else.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Everyone had to evacuate the hotel in the early hours of the morning due to a faulty fire alarm system. An apology would have been nice but not a word from hotel staff when we checked out later in the morning. Also the rooms were not serviced on the four nights we stayed.

Hotel magnífico
Pros:

Hotel maravilloso para pasar unos dias en Londres, ubicación perfecta en barrio con mucho ambiente, tiendas y bares para comer de todo tipo, además de tener la estación de metro a menos de 5 minutos andando. Muy recomendable para pasar unos días en Londres. Además, sin coste alguno pudimos dejar las maletas tanto al llegar como al irnos en consigna.
Todo un plus que ofrecieran en recepción la opción de desayuno por las mañanas, tipo buffet (pocas cosas pero muy buenas) o café y algún dulce a bastante buen precio (no es necesario reservar con antelación).
Habitación práctica y cómoda, baño reformado y muy limpio todo.

Cons:

Para pasar más de 2 o 3 días en Londres recomiendo reservar una habitación más grande, ya que la habitación estándar es pequeña y dificilmente caben aletas grandes en la misma. Tienen varias opciones de habitaciones, con distintos tamaños según las necesidades de cada huésped.

Bon emplacement mais hôtel à rénover mauvais équipements

Le chauffage ne marchait pas
Pas de chauffage central juste un petit chauffage d’appoint en plein hiver ne permet pas de chauffer la chambre et pas de solution pour le soir même. Et fenêtre mal isolée. On a demandé le remboursement de la première nuit car on n’a pas réussi à dormir.
Le lendemain on nous a changé de chambre il y avait le chauffage mais douche bouchée le personnel est venu avec une ventouse manuelle mais n’a pas réussi à déboucher on a pas pu prendre notre douche. Vraiment l’hôtel ne vaut pas son prix.
