The Location.
No plug Conection per bed unit
The location was fantastic. Very central and next to the tube. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The shower was powerful and the toiletries were high quality. Bed was comfortable. The street was quite. Staff were friendly and helpful.
One side of the matress was a bit collapsed. The room was very small not much room for luggage. But still adequate. You could hear the other guests but thankfully that they were quite enough. The cleaning was only so so.

Syntes inte på hotellets sidor att det var renovering på gång.
The location was very good
The room I stayed in was extremely small, even by London standards. The window was dirty and let the cold air in even when closed. Since the bed was right near the window because the space was so small, this was very uncomfortable.
Lobby is nice .
Carmin Maniger behavior is not good n professional. She is tired everytime.

le petit dejeuner est servi dans le local de réception, la seule employée doit gérer les arrivées, les départ , approvisionner les petit dejeuners , on doit manger sur des tables basses parmi les personnes présentes il n'y a même pas de pain, pour 12 livres autant le prendre ailleurs. Le ménage dans les chambres est fait tous les 3 jours... pas de gobelets pour se laver les dents, en bref à part la localisation les reste est vraiment à améliorer.

The size of the room
The check-in wasn’t pleasant. I ordered for a twin room with two beds but when was given one with a double bed. So we went down immediately and asked for a change. Instead of apologising, the Indian receptionist asked if we have used anything in the room, which of course we didn’t. Then with a short check on the computer, she said the hotel was fully booked and asked us to stay for one night first. I insisted that this was her oversight and if needed she should seek manager’s help. Also we checked in a bit before 3pm and it’s rather ridiculous that all rooms were distributed so early. So after some more “check”, we were given a twin room finally. At my third request, the woman finally apologised to me. I think this kind of carelessness and reluctance to correct and admit one’s mistake could be avoided by better training.
I’m overall satisfied with the room despite that both night lamps on the headboard couldn’t work. Also there was no towel to wipe hair/hands. However the tap of the shower was very powerful and I’m satisfied with the body lotion, shampoo and body wash. Although the room was rather “compact”, we could have space to open our two luggages (small size only) at the same time.
The location is superb as it’s close to Earl Road station, and with only 20-30 minutes walk or two tube stops one can go to the museums and Albert Hall. Also we saw police patrolling in groups all the time because it’s an area with a lot of nice residences, hotels and expensive cars parked by the road. Also there are lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants offering wide choices.
I will stay in this hotel again if I visit London next time but I’d pay a bit more for a larger room and should double check the room type when I receive the key!

Brak stołówki, miejsce na śniadania to recepcja z jednym stołem. Brak ciepłych posiłków i nabiału na śniadaniu - jedynie: płatki, mleko, krosanty, jogurty. pokój zamiast z trzema łóżkami to był z dwoma podwójnymi.
Good location near a tube station with plenty of shops and plenty of places to eat
Comfy beds
It’s a very old building and so soundproofing not great I could clearly hear the persons conversations next door through a connecting door so privacy poor and we had to speak to reception twice regarding the noice in the room above staff dealt with that quickly so couldn’t fault the staff who were all professional and polite
The room was clean and comfortable but there were holes in the carpet and flaking paint on the window frame which gave a ‘shabby’ appearance to the room
