Warning loud construction ongoing!
Pros:

Construction on back of the hotel. Starts at 8 and finishes at 17, not possible to stay in room between these hours. Hammering and drilling. The hotel calls it minor works😀 Scaffolding outside my bedroom window and work men on it. I tried to move to the front but little was available, you can hear it all over the hotel anyway so no point. No warnings on website about construction activity either. Staff very young and inexperienced. Im going to demand partial refund for issue. There are better hotels near by. No idea how they get such positive reviews here🤷‍♂️

Great place to stay for RAH concert
Pros:

Great decor, lifts to upper floors, comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Great location for Royal Albert Hall and lots of cafes/restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful and allowed us to store our bags before and after our stay

Cons:

Breakfast is a little basic, but cheaper than any other nearby options if paid in advance when booking.

They do not offer a proper breakfast and the cleaners were hoovering while we were eating.

Πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο για 3 άτομα.
Δεν υπήρχε ντουλάπα στο δωμάτιο.
Την 1η μέρα είχαν τελειώσει βασικά πράγματα από το έτσι κι αλλιώς basic πρωινό (κρουασάν, πορτοκαλάδα) αν και δεν ήταν αργά ή πέρα του ωραρίου για το πρωινό
