The front desk staff was wonderful, the ladies were so friendly and helpful!
Our TV was terrible. The lighting on the screen was bad and there was a line on the screen.
It was very clean and nicely decorated for fall. The staff was extremely nice and resolved our check in issue quickly!
They said the booking.com system didn’t connect with their system so my reservation couldn’t be found at first but the manager quickly resolved it. If the systems don’t communicate I don’t understand why they show up on booking.com as an option.
Staff was very friendly and professional. I was double billed and they fixed it immediately. I checked out early and they credited me. Awesome customer service
Location and the beds were comfortable
When I booked, I used a Truist Visa debit card, which charged my card. I was told upon arrival that Truist isn’t accepted. I have a hard time believing this since I was able to book last time. When I told Debra this, she said “Oh, well I guess you can. Welcome back”. If I cannot receive a security deposit back, why would I not be informed of this prior to my booking? This was a major holiday weekend on a bank holiday, and the staff acted like I should have known better. How would I possibly have gotten a new opened bank account on a federal holiday to open and be funded to save my booking.
The staff was amazing! They were simply amazing!
If I HAD to say one thing it would be that one of the elevators was broken but they immediately got it up and working with a few hours.
The location was convenient to where I needed to go
My refrigerator went out in my room and I notified the staff on that Saturday and I had purchased food which had spoiled and I had to go and buy something else to eat. I informed the staff the morning that I left and it seemed like nobody cared.
Was a nice hotel. Was clost to airport & highway.
Requested trash collection multiple times & never recieved it.
Requested a wake-up call,but never "recieved" it (unsure if I slept thru it,or it was never done),but feel like they didn't put any effort into it beyond bare minimum.
Room was nice, liked the walk-in shower, and the breakfast had a good selection of breakfast items. Check-in was seamless
Front desk lady, I forget her name. Was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond to make my spouses birthday so special. She made a gift bag and birthday card to leave on the bed for our check in. She is absolutely amazing and deserves a raise!
