Great experience (price, comfort, cleanliness, guest experience, BREAKFAST GOOD!
Pros:

The staff was friendly, courteous, and maintained a professional environment through and through! It is hard to find such dedication to the customers experience anymore. The rooms were clean, A/C works great, breakfast was amazing each day for which they provide each guest a menu of what will be served each day for the week, and last but not least by any means the price are better than good! Thank you to the entire establishment for the welcoming environment and comfort, I will be back and will recommend to others!

The tv didnt work,contacted the front desk,the guy said he would send someone. He never did,contacted front desk again,the lady didnt know anything about our tv not working,the guy never informed her as they changed shifts. She sent someone right away. She couldn't get it to work,so moved us to another room. The shower was was dirty, as well as the bathroom. The carpet had snags all over it. I was very disappointed, as i had stayed at Wyndham hotels many times before. I had a friend from out of town and was embarrassed how the hotel room looked. It was a very disappointing experience staying at a Wyndham hotel.

Pros:

Advanced check-in was nice option. Free breakfast was above average.

Cons:

Flooring was stained in many places, bathroom dirty and outdated, room layout isn't efficient, broken lamp.
