Clean, friendly and great location!
Clean and nice room and bathroom. Top situated near airport
Proximity to airport
Everything was hammered the staff were rude the bed was lumpy the room was dirty I wish I never stayed there and also it smelt like shit. Maybe that’s just a London thing. Your whole country’s hammered like that. You’s are rude and your streets are dirty
Check in was smooth. Staff behind the bar friendly.
An Executive Room should have a bigger bed.
You do not expect too much from an airport hotel, since it performs a specific function. The hotel was better than we had anticipated and was very good value. It is only a 5 minute walk from London City terminal.
It is not the fault of the hotel itself, but the walk between the hotel and the terminal is through a run down part of East London, with broken paving and dog muck on the ground. It looks like the local authority are trying to tidy up the area.
We have an early flight from LCY at 715 am. Check in is at 0515 am. Travelling from central London could be problematic at a very early morning time. The taxi fare is around 60 quid when i checked online and could vary and too risky for us as tourist in unfamiliar place with impending public transport strike. The hotel is around 60 quid per night. For peace of mind staying in this hotel was the safest bet. Room was small and comfy. Hot water with good pressure. Most important is easy 5 mins walk from the LCY DLR stop. Early morning can leisurely walk to the check in counter with plenty of time for breakfast in the airport.
Small room. No early breakfast.
Well maintained
Poky bedroom even smaller bathroom
Fint hotel for pengene.
Der er hvad man skal bruge, og der er rent og pænt.
Ligger midt i et trist industrikvarter med efterladte fabriksbygninger. Larm fra tog.
The staff were very helpful. One member of staff even showed me the short cut to walk to London City Airport.
The bedroom and the bed were very small. The food was appalling as a vegetarian the only item I could have was a mixed salad with supposedly came some feta but as I didn’t have a magnifying glass with me I couldn’t find it.
