Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and the room was nice and clean. There was also a kettle in the room with complementary coffee, tea and cookies. Would recommend.

doccia con acqua tiepida, colazione dalle 7 am. In un hotel accanto all’aeroporto ( dove in genere si dorme o perche si arriva tardi o perche si parte molto presto) la colaziome dovrebbe essere servita prima.

Closeish to London city airport

Cons:

Location didn't feel too safe late at night. No heating in room, not very clean, room tiny, checking in late at night can be an issue. It's evident that they often have problem guests as the night reception staff appeared very guarded and required a credit card for deposit.

Było fajnie! Do powtórzenia za rok jak cena będzie również dobra :)

Cons:

Po jakimś czasie zaczęło w pokoju pachnieć kanalozacją? Cieżko określic nieświeży zapach. Nie był na tyle wstretny by mnie odrazić

Great location, very helpful staff, value for money
Pros:

Very helpful staff, they were brilliant leading up to the stay- providing detailed information about the location, and parking details (of which was reasonable cost for London). The stay was great value for money - I didn’t expect luxury, but it was exactly what I desired for the price paid. Location was perfect for my visit to the ExCel (about 30-40 min walk, of which half is a nice walk along the river)

Cons:

Be wary - if you plan to park at the hotel parking, the underground space is quite tight. Large cars (SUVs, vans or bigger etc) may not be able to manoeuvre into spaces.

Pros:

Have stayed there a few times. Proximity to city airport is ideal but it is a very pleasant establishment which I would use even if I wasn't flying.

Cons:

I couldn't figure out the temperature control in the room but reception came up and explained it. Also the pop up in the wash basin was stuck in the closed position but again the staff soon rectified the problem.
