cleaniness and also the breakfast was good .

i have requested two singles beds, and on my arrival the staff told me that this should be requested ´by email´, not thought the app . this was my second stay and the previous one i have request the same thing , and was only through the app . so for my surprise , because we dont sleep in the same bed, and the bed was NOT ´a large double bed like was advertised´, i have to paid 20 Pounds extra to get 2 single beds. So really disappointing . The second observation , is that no one has inform us that On Sunday London City Airport was not opening until 10:30 ... so we were waiting outside the airpot for more than an hours. Considering the location of this hotel, a guest would probably expect to be inform about airport opening hours. One more thing : There wasn't any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom , which i found essential for travelers staying one night ..

Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and the room was nice and clean. There was also a kettle in the room with complementary coffee, tea and cookies. Would recommend.
