Hotel Becket, BW Signature Collection

Central place today if you want to be in the heart of the action.

The hotel is in good condition, however this was my 3rd stay in two years and I can see the deterioration in the rooms during that time.

Breakfast is one of the best you will find at a hotel and has been included with each stay so far, however as good as breakfast is I can’t their pub is a good value for dinner. Options are limited, very expensive and simply do not compare to the culinary options available in the area.

Super clean and nice

Dead fly above our bed, pretty noisy area. Our bathroom window seemed like it was ready to fall off and the shower are is pretty small.

Everything was great. Only complaint was the shower being extremely small.
The lady attending to breakfast was the best! She greeted us with a great smile and was genuinely happy that we were there. Great hospitality

The breakfast was great!

Upon checking in, there was black hair all over the bathroom so it was not clean when we got in. I thought this was a hotel but when we arrived it was a motel. During my stay I was bitten by bed bugs all over my body while sleeping. I provided photos of all my bites I got. The location was good but there are plenty of other places to stay around. you might as well spend the extra 2-300 for a relaxing stay so you can have the peace of knowing you aren’t sleeping with bugs.

Hotel Becket operates under Best Western stripping the cozy lodge feeling exterior, the site layout and room interior floor plans and level of construction quality is comparable to a typical Best Western motel. The location is excellent and staff is friendly. Applebees restaurant Nextdoor made our late night arrival super convenient to find food.

Location was good. The description is wrong, no hot tub.

easy access, close proximity to everything

Hotel is located in walking distance to so many places to eat, shop and entertainment! Hotel facilities are clean and comfortable especially for the bed and pillows. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend staying there. Only downside was the parking lot was small

We have been staying at the Becket for 6+ years and unfortunately have experienced the steady decline of this property firsthand. When we first started staying here we thought we found a hidden gem with a great location, nice rooms, and great staff. In the last 2 years the quality of the rooms and the service has been terrible. We just left what will be our last stay at the Becket. Our first room had an unpleasant smell upon entering the room and as we went to use the restroom found poop smeared all over the toilet. Not like there was a small spot that was missed while cleaning. It was very apparent the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all. We were moved to a comparable room which appeared cleaner and smelled better, but had long black hairs all over the shower walls. Again, so obvious that it couldn’t have been a simple over look in cleaning, but rather complete negligence by the room service staff. We also tried to purchase water at the front desk, since the small shop had none, and their suggestion was that we door dash some instead. They had all kinds of energy drinks and soda for purchase, but no water? All in all, we have tried to give the Becket a chance to get back to the wonderful and quaint hotel that we first experienced it to be, but with this being our 3rd terrible visit with the standard and cleanliness of the rooms, we will not be back.

Basically updated, but a few old details (bathroom window).
Badly stained carpet in the room, made it feel dirty. Noisey outside, could hear voices until late at night. Breakfast was good.

The place was nice well organized, accommodating dog friendly. Unfortunately, that week I was there the water heater was busted so we had to take a cold shower. But they cut our bill in half.

It’s a convenient property but really needs updated… Some of the electric and charging outlets didn’t work. Parking is a nightmare …
