Good location. Facilities look rundown. The price is very good. No fridge is a deal breaker for me.
Cons:

Not all room comes with refrigerator. Mine was not.
We're talking about Texas.
Breakfast was non existent. We were given a couple of low quality muffins.
Some of the towels in the room were dirty.

Need serious help
Pros:

The location to our event was good.

Cons:

First, the bed had holes (the second bed closest to the bathroom. The aroma of the room was less desirable, we went to the local store and purchased Lysol wipes, air freshener, and candles. We wiped down the room, lit the candles, and sprayed the room with air freshener. Then we took a shower. The tub had signs of repair, where there were chips and rust showing through. I went to use the blow dryer and had to turn it off right away as it started sparking and plastic pieces came flying out of the end of the dryer. I u plugged the dryer and called the front desk using their phone. After trying three times, with nothing but a busy type signal, I used my cell phone to call them. I first asked them about the phone. The desk Clark's reply was their phone have been disconnected of service. Wow, ok. So then I explained to her about the hair dryer. She didn't seem to concerned until I asked if there was a replacement one I could use. She said she didn't know and stated she would co tac the night helper. I also, at that time, told her about the bedding. Again, no real concern.
Finally, we settled down to sleep around 10:30ish. We set our alarm, on our phone, for 4:00 a.m. after get our things together, placed them in our car, we went to check out. At the desk was a different clerk, I explained to him about what happened, showed him the picture bed and asked him if he was inputting notes. He said he would. We handed him the room cards and ledt. I have been trying to select and send pictures of bed and ceiling. If you need pictures I have them available.
