El hotel está mal gestionado. Un frío antártico en espacios comunes. El servicio de restaurante demora entre una hora y una hora y media por pedido, y, además, con equivocaciones en lo que finalmente llega a la mesa.

La piscina y las reposteras alrededor no alcanzan, ni cerca, para la capacidad de huéspedes del hotel.

Fuimos por San Valentin, y estando el hotel lleno de parejas que habían ido por el mismo motivo, no había un solo elemento de decoración alusivo a la fecha. Cero cuidado al huésped.

Teve uma festa na sexta à noite e o som incomodou muito. Falta uma mesa para refeições e a limpeza deve refletir dentro do guarda-roupa. Os guarda-sóis ficaram fechados na quinta-feira e na sexta-feira na área da piscina, mesmo com público frequentando.

Das Hotel liegt in der kolonialen Altstadt und man kann zu Fuß einiges entdecken.
Das Personal ist durchweg exzellent, zuvorkommend, bemüht und hilfsbereit. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis hier zu verweilen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
