Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and clean, and the staff are friendly and courteous.

The photos make it look as though the hotel is located right on the lake, but in reality, there is no access to the lake from the hotel.

Cons:

The pool was not heated sufficiently and was actually quite cold. The food selection at the bar was very limited.

Pros:

Très proche des 2 châteaux à visiter. Très belle salle de bain. Personnel très accueillant. Excellent déjeuner.

Cons:

Le souper au restaurant était dispendieux pour un buffet. L'offre est limitée côté restauration. Beaucoup de bruit au spa. Besoin de re peinturer les chambres.

Enttäuschend

Leider war mein Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und alles andere als erholsam.

Ich bin nach 22 Uhr im Hotel angekommen und musste feststellen, dass sich Insekten in meinem Zimmer befanden. Daraufhin erhielt ich ein anderes Zimmer, das jedoch sehr altmodisch eingerichtet war und überhaupt nicht dem modernen Zimmer entsprach, das ich gebucht hatte.

Auf meine Nachfrage bekam ich schliesslich ein drittes Zimmer – leider waren auch dort wieder Insekten.

Mir ist bewusst, dass bestimmte Insekten saisonbedingt häufiger auftreten. Dennoch sollte man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten dürfen, ein insektenfreies Zimmer vorzufinden. Das ist für mich eine absolute Grundvoraussetzung, unabhängig von der Jahreszeit.

Durch die ständigen Zimmerwechsel und die unangenehme Situation habe ich schlecht geschlafen. Statt eines entspannten Wochenendes war der Aufenthalt leider mit Stress und Enttäuschung verbunden.

Ich erwarte keinen besonderen Luxus, sondern lediglich das Zimmer, das ich gebucht habe, und die Möglichkeit, darin ungestört und ohne Insekten zu schlafen. Leider war selbst das nicht möglich.

Bon séjour dans l ensemble.

L' emplacement,le calme et le fait que toutes les commodités soient sur place.

En tant que Français, nous avons trouvé que les informations n'étaient pas toujours évidentes à comprendre,nous avons loupé deux activités à cause d' une mauvaise interprétation et nous aurions apprécié que la réception nous rende plus attentif à leur façon de fonctionner.
En ce qui concerne la partie restauration les buffets sont quasi les mêmes tout les soirs ,sans grande recherche.
Le plat principal est servi a table,mais le temps d attente peu varier entre 30 et 50mn et mon assiette était plusieurs fois a peine tiède.
