An unforgettable stay in the Bavarian Alps!
Pros:

The atmosphere is absolutely fantastic!
The overall vibe of the hotel is both relaxing and inspiring, making it a truly special experience. The quality of service and facilities clearly deserves five-star recognition. Highly recommended!

Super Lage & sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und super nett. Die Lage war spitze und man konnte zu beiden Schlössern perfekt wandern oder den Bus nehmen. Der Wellness-Bereich war auch sehr entspannend mit super Ausblick auf die Berge und den See.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Jägerhaus sind altmodisch gestaltet, was kein Problem darstellt allerdings sind sie dementsprechend auch nicht mehr in einem perfektem Zustand.

Pros:

Directly below the castle and a beautiful view of the lake. Picture perfect. The property is very long, with our room a few min walk to the dining area. Very quiet room. Breakfast is great.

Cons:

The light in the bathroom was very dark, not usable for shaving or makeup. When I mentioned this to the desk, they knew it was an issue, which makes you wonder why the room was rented? I didn't seem like many other rooms were rented but it had a great balcony, which made up for the lack of light in the bathroom. Expensive dinner for what you get but the staff are really great. The walk to the dining room go to us after a while.

In Verbindung mit dem Besuch einer Veranstaltung im Festspielhaus war das ein sehr gelungenes Woche.
Pros:

Die Lage bestens. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Extrem freundliches Personal. Der Blick aus unserem Fenster auf Schloss Hohenschwangau und den Alpsee super. Die vielen Touristen im Ort haben uns nicht gestört da wir kaum Berührungspunkte hatten. Rezeption, sehr aufmerksam es blieb keine Frage unbeantwortet. Wirklich ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Der Blick aus unserem Zimmer war super, wenn wir allerdings diesen nach unten geneigt haben mussten wir auf einen Container mit lauter blauen Müllsäcken schauen. Dies liese sich vermeiden ohne große Kosten. Es gibt schöne Container mit Deckel. Für die Größe des Hotels mit 136 Zimmern ist das Schwimmbad zu klein. Wir haben uns damit arrangiert, aber bei 7-8 Personen im Wasser kann dort niemand mehr schwimmen. Da haben die Planer einen Fehler gemacht.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was excellent and extensive, and the staff was very kind and attentive. Views of the castles on the mountain sides added visual drama from both our room windows and the breakfast area

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt mit wunderschönem Seeblick, tollem Service und erholsamem Spa
Pros:

Alles war perfekt. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer war wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, und auch besondere Wünsche wurden hervorragend umgesetzt.

Cons:

Leider etwas teuer, aber für das Zimmer mit Seeblick im Alpenrose-Gebäude sowie den Spa- und Wellnessbereich war es absolut wert.
