Pros:

Замечательное место. Очень уютно, тихо и много природы! Парк отличный для прогулок. Много инфраструктуры: музеи, сцены театральные, спорт, спа, рестораны, вино и отличный персонал. Обязательно вернемся к вам снова)

Cons:

It was a total collapse with a service in restaurants. Many young guys who weee trying their best, but couldn’t explain most of the dishes, needed reminds about missed parts of the orders, were not speaking English. They obviously needed more back up from more experienced staff, but they were absent.

A serene, architecturally unique hotel in a historic estate with its own wine cellars.
Pros:

A beautifully calm hotel set in a historic estate with its own wine cellars. The swimming pools and spa are outstanding, and the architecture throughout is genuinely unique while still feeling warm and welcoming. The Georgian restaurant is a masterpiece in its own right.

Cons:

The waitstaff would benefit from more thorough training. Only a few seemed fully confident in their roles, and in most cases we had to actively seek out someone's attention simply to get a menu or order a coffee. At a five star hotel, I would expect a more attentive and anticipatory approach to service. That said, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout, which made the experience a pleasant one overall.

Если уж совсем придумывать,добавьте кинотеатр под открытым небом с вином 🌸Но все все в этом месте хорошо

очень рекомендую для неспешного времяпрепровождения и эстетического наслаждения
Pros:

Понравилось расположение, парк и достопримечательность в виде музея находится в пешей доступности, интересная экскурсия по уникальным местам винодельни, потрясающая архитектура комплекса. завтраки а особенно сладости действительно нереально вкусные. бассейн на крыше и сауна отдельно прекрасны.

Cons:

обслуживание в ресторане оставляет желать лучшего, невнимательный и растерянный персонал, причём вне зависимости от того насколько заполнен ресторан, это ошибка управления а не вина официантов, уровень не выдержан, но кухня отличная.

Amazing hotel in a beautiful setting
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The design of the rooms and the shared areas was incredible. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had and the food and wine in the restaurants was excellent. We really did not want to leave and would recommend staying here on your visit to beautiful Georgia. Thank you!
