Beautiful hotel in the wine region
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with an amazing spa, really good restaurants with great food
You can do wine tasting here

Cons:

Our only issue was on one night when we went for dinner and a Russian family let their children run around the restaurants screaming and none of the staff said anything. I’m sorry but restaurants are not playground for uncontrollable children and shouldn’t disturb other guests dining experience and this should have been handled by the staff.

Amazing!
Pros:

Very nice and particular property as it is on a historic site. Great garden, amazing views from the roof top pool, great food and wine! Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely exceptional hotel: beautiful, elegant, unforgettable, and far beyond our expectations!

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!!!
Everything about this place feels thoughtful, elegant, and beautifully designed. The combination of historic walls with modern glass and metal elements creates an atmosphere that is both stylish and unique, the aesthetics are simply WOW!!!
The territory is spacious, peaceful, and incredibly beautiful. You can truly feel how much attention has been paid to every detail. The mountain view from the rooftop pool on the 5th floor is simply breathtaking!
And the breakfast… exceptional would be an understatement. Honestly, I don’t even know what more one could wish for from a hotel.. everything was simply perfect!!! It exceeded all our expectations. Another big plus is the variety of dining options — from European and Georgian cuisine to Japanese dishes, everything was excellent.
My husband and I are absolutely impressed, and we will definitely return. Highly, highly recommend!!! :)

Pros:

Location is great and the property looks good.

Cons:

Staff is not expierienced, they couldn’t even give as the basic information we needed. Check out lasted so long because they had to check if we used mini bar. Service needs to be much better in this type of a hotel.
