Hotel accommodations were good.
The pool tiles were removed at the shallow end and the water was cloudy like the filtration wasn't working.

Easy to book and check in. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. No fuss hotel and perfect for a two-night stay.
Pool area had missing tiles on floor, although cones were placed around the area. Also, the pool water was extremely murky the night we tried to use it. We decided not to utilize the pool.
The shower had a lot of hair in it! The swimming pool was very small!! You guys have only one bench to sit on outside to smoke, and every time you go outside, the workers are sitting on the bench !

Food was left in the refrigerator when we checked in. Claim to have coffee in lobby. Always empty.
The room size was decent and the location was good
sofa was below par with holes and stains in it . Bathroom was small . We travelled with 4 adults and there was one towel in the bathroom and no water bottles at the vending machine . Breakfast was pretty limited options . Honestly I got two rooms at holiday inn express for little lesser price but I already paid for it and decided to stay here
Location & indoor pool
They didn’t clean our room the entire 5 days we were there. Also the back door was unlocked all the time & anyone could get in without using a key card. Also no ice machines at all & they didn’t have any ice the last day of our stay.
Breakfast was decent.
Room was paid earlier in the day by a family member but when other family members arrived, the desk staff stated that there is no room for them. Also, room had no blankets or pillows, staff person eventually gave them some. Fire alarm going off, staff stated there is a malfunction and it always goes off. All renters were evacuated outside. Many renters stated they were leaving and their room is not what they paid for. Fire dept eventually came. Seemed like only one employee was working.

No hand soap, not enough towels for 4 people. Uncomfortable beds
The second floor hall smelled like someone crapped. Three out of the four screw to our door handle was on the floor or so loose they were about to fall out. The hostess at check in could have dressed a little more professional instead of wearing half a shirt. None of the dressed half way decent.

The shower curtain should have been replaced due to mildew and mold.
