Location was good for fishing trip. Was able to eat breakfast one of the days....very good.
My room's location was directly behind the check-in desk and across from the elevator. So got noise from both throughout the night. If possible, if they could provide a to-go breakfast bag with a cold pastry and fresh fruit would be nice for early to rise fishermen.
Location was great for everything we were in town to see. The room was spacious and accommodating for our needs. Overall satisfied with staff willing to help as needed.
Room was not ready at 3pm check in time, and could have been cleaned better. Ice bucket still had water in it, no wash clothes in the room, and the amount of dust/dirt by nightstand showed how cleaning was not done in places. The Mayflies were not a plus which was not the fault of the facility but a major downside to the stay.
Dirty, run down, smells bad, employees don't wear any type of uniforms so you can tell who works there, out of coffee supposedly offered 5am-9pm daily, bathroom in room smelled like urine around the toilet, free standing water when taking a shower, shower curtain doesn't fully fit into tub
Room very clean and comfortable. Coffee in lobby starting at 5 am. Breakfast at 6 am. Which was great as we were there fishing.
No room cleaning or towels for 3 days.Only one ice machine on bottom floor.

Very clean staff was really friendly. Was within 15to 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do.
Wish they had outdoor pool
Location was decent for what we needed. This isn’t a good location for food or shopping.
Rooms were dirty. Staff was very nasty and dismissive especially the girl with the glasses always on her phone at the front desk. We booked about 8 rooms primarily for the heated pool. Upon arrival we were told the heated pool was off due to them trying to paint so temperature is around 40-50 degrees. The pool was freezing, it ruined our trip. The pool room was not being painted the whole 3 days we were there. The pool room was very run down and needed lots of attention. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty and dated. I fell in the parking lot at night because there was a big pothole in the middle of the parking lot. I requested a refund for the horrible stay and called multiple times. Staff will hang up on you if you call with any complaints. This happened to me during and after my stay. I finally get in touch with the manager who says she was off on leave then proceeded to argue back and forth with me saying the pool was not off, it was turned down. After spending hundreds she tells me she can only give me a $60 refund but when I checked my statement wasn’t even half of the $60 refunded to me. Only thing decent about this property is the kind man that does breakfast. I would never stay here again or recommend anyone else to either.

Our check in was 3 pm we got there at 6 pm went into the room and there was trash piled up in the corner the beds wasn’t made the was a pile of wet towels in the bath tub my fathers room next to mine was the same it was horrible they did get us another room but took them 45 minutes to clean those rooms before we was able to get in a room
Location
Needed updating and no hot water
I was just there to sleep, checked in very late in the evening and left very early in the morning. So, everything was fine that was experienced.
