Heat shut off in the room every night. Fridge in room didn't work, TV didn't work, the washer in the guest laundry is gross, second floor is dirty, staff shut down breakfast half an hour early. No functional wifi, the staff knows it's a problem and will lie to you about it.
I liked the easy access and value
Our room seemed to have very little heat. We went down and asked for an extra blanket. I know it’s cold outside but I slept in my warm sweater and had the extra blanket. Room 108
The price and location. The continental breakfast, while standard fair, was presented well. Hot stuff was hot. Cold stuff was cold..
When requesting extra pillows the attendant seemed bothered by the request and handed me two pillows and 2 pillow cases.
The staff was VERY accommodating. We could not have for nicer people to work with. Pool was the WARMEST pool I have ever been in. Breakfast area was super clean and delicious, our room was clean and updated in the living area.
Our tv wasn’t working, we figured out the cable box in the back of the tv had manually been turned off. We could see between the door and the wall into the hallway. Our floor smelled like pot but we know that is out of the hotels hands.
The location as we’ve used it many times over several years.
The changes to temperature controls. If I’m paying for a room I should get to set the temps however I choose and for as long as I choose the temp. I understand wanting to manage/cut costs but in my opinion that should be done only in rooms that aren’t currently occupied. Our visit was over the holidays where we stayed await late/long to return to a very cold room. At the very least we should’ve been made aware that the room would automatically turn the heat down if we were gone.
The location was the only good thing
There were very sketchy looking people that checked us in- including a man with a cowboy hat that we could barely understand and appeared high. The beds were terrible, sloping towards the middle. The white sheets had a pink tinge to them, obviously not washed correctly. There was a car roaming around the parking lot at night with music blaring and no lights on.

We didnt get to have breakfast .We had to be on our charter boat at 7 am and the breakfast didnt start till 7 am on a Saturday.
Wish breakfast was earlier for people who stay and going out fishing .
Breakfast was good.
Shower/ bathtub was not clean. Black mold around tub and soap holder. Had to ask for extra wash cloths. They only provided 2 when we had a family of 4. No trash can in the room either.

Ice machine was broken during our full stay on both floors. Leaking sink in our room soaked carpet and caused a moldy smell. Front desk workers dressed inappropriately and were not doing their job. Very unprofessional and rude as well as impolite. One worker was drawing on a sketchpad while customers were waiting to be checked in. This paragraph is for room 132.
Breakfast was great. Staff was very nice, helpful. Front desk tried to put us in rooms on opposite floors with wet carpet from cleaning and housekeeping was able to move us around to clean rooms with dry carpet. You could tell housekeeping was doing what they could, and was working hard but the facility itself was in need of work and upkeep above day to day cleaning.
Beds were very uncomfortable. Showers were dirty and rotted, including door. Day to day cleaning was good but needed deep cleaning, new grout, window cleaning (bugs in sills) mold etc. Cleaning

WiFi did not reach room. Ice machines both broken. Room smelled like mayflies. The room toilet was sized for small children. The toilets are a big deal. Potatoes at breakfast were overseasoned, every day.
