When we got there they put us in a room the had a Hornets nest right outside of the Patio door they clam that they were not able to do anything about it and there was NO TV they di move us to another room. Again no TV they said they were in the process of changing venders they said they would give us a $50.00 credit but that was inputted as a charge instead.
First the personnel did not seem to know what to do when there was an issue poor training. When we booked the room wee asked if everything was up and running they said yes. When we got there it was suppose to be pet friendly and in the past it was but now they charge and extra $100.00. The Part of no TV was not expectable, went to get ice and the machines were out very small machines. Coffee in the room only able to make one cup since that was all coffee available and there was 2 of us. the billing on the statement was incorrect a $90.00 difference and the personnel on the desk was unable to correct the problem said the manager would have to repair it the next day since she was not there. Still waiting on the call, I called them and they were not available leave a message and they would get back with me. Still waiting on the call..

Major construction on the outside and inside of the entire building happening every single day from 7 AM till 6 PM. Staff not friendly and restaurant not open due to construction. No complementary coffee or water in the lobby. I could’ve stayed at a motel six in the ghetto and received the same. Experience.
They did not refund my money. A hacker used booking.com on line. Made the complaint. But the hotel refuses to refund the money? I'm confused please update me [email protected]. thank you, Julie McCampbell
Not getting refunded by booking.com or the hotel. When it clearly showed it was a hacker on the report.
The staff moved us to an outside room. It was a bit easier to breathe because it was further away from the construction. Although we still had to walk through the construction to get to the elevator which was on the other side of the building... it was extremely inconvenient.
They put us in a room that was literally in the area that was in the construction zone. There was drywall dust all over the carpet, furniture... everything. A worker was SWEEPING the dust off the carpet in front of the elevator, which was right near our room. I am extremely allergic to dust, and almost immediately was having a reaction. No where on the booking site did it mention any construction. I understand improvements need to happen, but this was a major construction site!!!! Not suitable for guests, especially those of us that are so sensitive to dust!

Ongoing remodel has the hotel a total mess. Our newly renovated room had many issues.
The room Was nice and clean, balcony was filthy with dead flies or bees. The facility is under construction and shouldn’t be open. Very disappointing when you get charge a good amount and the facility is literally being rebuilt.
