Major construction on the outside and inside of the entire building happening every single day from 7 AM till 6 PM. Staff not friendly and restaurant not open due to construction. No complementary coffee or water in the lobby. I could’ve stayed at a motel six in the ghetto and received the same. Experience.
They did not refund my money. A hacker used booking.com on line. Made the complaint. But the hotel refuses to refund the money? I'm confused please update me juulmccampbell@gmail.com. thank you, Julie McCampbell
Not getting refunded by booking.com or the hotel. When it clearly showed it was a hacker on the report.
The staff moved us to an outside room. It was a bit easier to breathe because it was further away from the construction. Although we still had to walk through the construction to get to the elevator which was on the other side of the building... it was extremely inconvenient.
They put us in a room that was literally in the area that was in the construction zone. There was drywall dust all over the carpet, furniture... everything. A worker was SWEEPING the dust off the carpet in front of the elevator, which was right near our room. I am extremely allergic to dust, and almost immediately was having a reaction. No where on the booking site did it mention any construction. I understand improvements need to happen, but this was a major construction site!!!! Not suitable for guests, especially those of us that are so sensitive to dust!

Ongoing remodel has the hotel a total mess. Our newly renovated room had many issues.
The room Was nice and clean, balcony was filthy with dead flies or bees. The facility is under construction and shouldn’t be open. Very disappointing when you get charge a good amount and the facility is literally being rebuilt.

The hotel should disclose the construction as it is literally half the hotel. We drove past it, thinking it was not open due to the amount of construction happening. The signage was small and not visible.
Was not advised that the hotel is under construction. There was no breakfast, no gym, exit and emergency lights were hanging from ceiling, and the room we got was not the room we booked online.
Staff at check-in was not friendly or competent. Construction hampered the overall quality of the stay. The cost of breakfast was ridiculous - nearly $50, it should have been included as part of the high room rate.
The lobby looked nice, the inside looked interesting.
There was no AC and the TV didn't work.
