Pros:

The staff are professional and friendly.. they were very accommodating..my flight was cancelled out of LAX...so I needed to stay an extra night...so I booked my room for one more night, a few hours later I got a call from the airline and they were able to get me a flight out of Ontario... They gave me my refund for the night. I could not be happier... Now just waiting for the manager to send booking.com the information about the refund..it has overall been an awesome experience!

Exceptional!
Pros:

Very clean. As soon as you walk in it smells so nice and you already get the sense that it’s a clean facility. The rooms were exceptionally well kept and clean!

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t all that great. Not many options and even at 7:45 they didn’t have hot food options out yet.
