The location is good. Just off of the highway and near infrastructure.
Staff was incompetent and lazy. Front desk took forever to locate a trolly cart and we finally gave up after seeing the employee told to find one minutes later re stocking vending machines. Then they charged us a second time for the room. It took five days before they answered my wife's call of complaint and explanation that we prepaid through hotels. They then claimed they could not reverse all because they had not received the full payment. It took several days more before this was resolved. We have stayed there over forty years ago and it used to be fine. It appears that new foreign (?) owners/ employees have reversed all of the previous good service. To boot our room was on the top 5th floor and had shouting and crying children next door until after 10pm! Not good.

Good clean room, 24 hour shuttle to airport that I took at 3am
Couldn't book the shuttle, Was told just to show up and that it might be full. I did get on the shuttle and then it left 8 minutes ahead of schedule.
Room was decent and clean. Right next to the airport and major hwy so convenient for travellers.
It was an ideal location for what I needed. The beds were quite comfortable and the room was very clean.
