there was No breakfast! the ice machine was way off on the other side of the property, the room was not nice, room looked dirty and seems to have rust on lights and door. the bath water would not turn off.
Didnt feel very safe, could hear people outside the door and out by the pool area late at night. then someone was yelling and it scared my kids
Staff was very nice
There was garbage piled up outside the rooms on our floor and the common areas were filthy. The sheets were threadbare. The smell of Lysol was overwhelming, but the room didn’t feel clean.
The ice machine was useful and people seems nice. Receptionist is pleasant to chat and ask questions.
The room carpet floor is filthy and dirty. Maybe 20+ years old . Need replacement . The stairs have rubbers that are falling apart. Took a long time to call operators.
I only liked the location of the hotel.
Other than the location and the guy who Mark who checked us in... i didnt like anything a out this hotel. Its BEAT UP! Not for a family to stay at. If your a youngster trying to save money thats cool but a family of 4 like us, never again! This place needs a face lift! Asap. The price was cool but like they say, you get what you pay for. I wanted to check out as soon as I got to the room after checking in! It was like that. The sketchy people outside, the beat up floor where my handicap daughter fell! Come on man! Just a bunch of cheap fixes. The bathrooms toilet seat was loose! The emergency sprinkler was rusted! I wish I could post some pictures! Oh I can!!!! Keep going down for the pics smfh. Also! The pool! I had to clean that thing myself when I took my kids in. There was flies and bees and leaves all over! We were there like 5 minutes and out! I felt bad for my kids, never again.
I like the manager mark hes very professional and helpful he accommodate myself the stay were nice
I didnt like the housekeeper knocked my door at 8 am , I was staying for two nights and she knocked my door the first morning
It is a very clean and comfortable and the patrons mind their own business. The room I had had a king-sized bed and 2 bunk. Beds, great for the grandkids. I would recommend this place for people with kids. Grandkids dogs great place.
