Staff were friendly and helpful and I appreciate the reasonable price. The room was clean and as expected. The location is central and easy to find. The included parking was sincerely appreciated. All these factors and more made for an enjoyable stay. The good completely outweighed any negatives.
The jacuzzi needs to be cleaned. The filmy slimey bubbles on the top were pretty gross. The ice machine was not working and I got stuck in the elevator for a few minutes.
What breakfast?
The greeting staff was nice
The elevator kept getting stuck, the room was cold and drafty, sheets were thin and spelled of urine, no parking, vending machine was broke
Easy location; price
Noisy, water in shower leaked
Spacious room and in a central location and front desk was very friendly and helpful.
Room had questionable stains and carpets were dirty. AC was extremely loud and would constantly wake us up throughout the night and also did not keep a constant temperature. We consistently rotated between freezing and sweating throughout the night with the AC set to 69 degrees. Additionally, we suspect our room had bed bugs as we had bug bites on our legs when we woke up in the morning. I expected more for paying $200 for the night.
beds were terrible and uncomfortable
The office manager was very friendly and helpful. Located walking distance to breakfast options.
The carpet was old and it smelled musty throughout the room. Shower didn't operate properly. Toilet seat was really loose. Had to tighten bolts. Noisey neighbors. The price was good.
Location is great, staff pleasant.
Key card everyday had to be re-done. Would not open doors. Toilet would run constantly, would have to be manually flushed many times throughout the day.
It was near a lot of stores and restaurants.
I didn’t like that the ac unit was so close to the bed that it didn’t cool the room because the bed was blocking it. The room felt tight, and the elevator stopped working the last night of our stay and we were on the 3rd floor with 3 kids and lots of luggage’s and we had to use the stairs to get down. The room keys didn’t work both nights we were there so we had to reset them. The lights outside the hall were not working so it was pitch black at night and it felt eerie kids were scared the whole time.
