Ein gelungener Aufenthalt, ist sehr weiter zu empfehlen
Pros:

Das Personal war einfach super 👍das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Zimmer sauber, die Lage sehr angenehm, U uns S Bahn in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Meinen Dank gilt dem Manager der uns sehr weitergeholfen hat.

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum müsste mehr Personal eingesetzt werden, zum Tische abräumen, säubern und Buffet auffüllen an Speisen und Geschirr.

Für die Klimaanlage lag eine gut verständliche Anleitung im Zimmer.

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage hat zwar anscheinend gearbeitet - zumindesten hat sie Geräusche gemacht -, aber das Zimmer konnte weder tagsüber noch nachts spürbar gekühlt werden. Nach der ersten Nacht haben wir dies an der Rezeption reklamiert und es wurde zugesagt, dass der Haustechniker die Klimaanlage prüft. Aber auch in den Folgenächten war es im Zimmer viel zu warm. An guten Schlaf war so angesichts der hohen Außentemperaturen nicht zu denken.

Für Kurztripp insgesamt völlig ausreichend und gut.
Pros:

Sauber, freundliches Personal, schönes Bad und Klimaanlage

Cons:

Unser Zimmer schien nicht fertig gemalert zu sein. Außerdem waren Beschädigungen/ Flecken von einem vorherigen Wasserschaden sichtbar. Die Ausrichtung des Zimmers zur lauten Hauptstraße ließ kein Lüften zu.

Super schönes und gemütliches Hotel. Leider Nix für heiße Tage 😕

Schönes nachhaltiges Hotel mit gemütlichem Zimmer und sehr sauber

Cons:

Leider war ich an einem sehr heißen Tag in Hamburg (>35 grad). Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer kann nur auf 3 Stufen + und - reguliert werden und nicht nach Gradzahl. Auf -3 war es trotz über 6 h Laufzeit nicht angenehm kühl im Zimmer sondern >30 grad. Lüften war zur Straße hin auch kaum möglich. Daher war die Nacht leider sehr unkomfortabel. Sonst wäre ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel gewesen. Zimmer 303
