Viel Geld für sehr wenig !
Pros:

das Hotel befindet sich in einem desolaten Zustand! Das Zimmer ähnelte einer Absteige, der Fernseher funktionierte nicht, Steckdosen hingen von der Wand, Betttücher waren nicht frisch, vermutlich schon andere Gäste darin gelegen. Die Terrasse, die wir von einem früheren Besuch kannten, war in einem unordentliche Zustand, die Tischdecken z. B. waren verschmutzt. Kein Wunder, dass außer uns nur noch eine Vierergruppe da war.

Totalmente desepcionante eso es un cuchitril!
Pros:

Un l"Hotel" nada aconsejable!...un lugar extremadamente sucio! el piso y el baño parecia que No habia sido limpiado en meses!La cama olia a moho y tenia suciedad en los bordes y las sabanas parecian lija totalmente asperas ! Habia un hueco en la pared cerca de la cama ... Pasé una de las peores noches de mi vida en un lugar que a parte de tenebroso olia mal ,parecia un sauna de Lo caliente que estaba y estaba llenos de mosquitos.
Sólo esperé a que amaneciera para salir corriendo de alli!
La resepcioniata a mi llegada una maleducada total!

Nuestra habitación de hotel estaba en la esquina, era muy ruidosa toda la noche debido al trafico. Hacía calor, así que no podíamos cerrar las ventanas para evitar el ruido. No pudimos dormir además de no poder dejar la ventana de la terraza por estar comunicada con otras dos habitación nes.Menos mal que no nos quedamos aquí la segunda noche. Trabajo en un hotel y para mí la limpieza es una de las condiciones principales. Aquí no estaba nada limpio, mucho polvo, escombros en el Suelo, etc. las Toallas probablemente ya cumplieron 100 años. Había un ventilador, parece de la misma edad que las toallas. Nos fuimos muy cansados, el comienzo de las vacaciones se echó a perder.

Not clean - room stank. Towels should have been thrown out years ago. No reception open till after 5pm, the sign said 4pm. Only person we saw, arrived after 8am the next morning, even though breakfast should have been available at 8. We were all packed up and off by that point. Couldn’t wait to get away.

la gentilezza del ragazzo che ci ha ridato le carte di identita dopo che la collega la sera prima le aveva lasciate fino al giorno dopo dentro la stampante senza ridarcele.....avrebbe bisogno di una cura di fosforo..la camera è piccolissima così come il bagno,,,che fra un pò ci rimango incastrato..pulizia pessima...ragnatele sul soffitto e intorno alla porta....all esterno rampicanti dappertutto visto da fuori sembra un albergo abbandonato.....aria condizionata inesistente,,,, cera un ventilatore..ma con 30 gradi anche di notte poco serviva....avrebbe bisogno di una restaurata totale....sconsigliatissimo

Hier komen we nooit meer en raden het niet aan.

Mooi oud gebouw aan het meer van Lugano

Cons:

Eigenaar was niet gastvrij en respectloos naar de gasten. Het restaurant was gesloten, ontbijt zou vanaf 8.00 uur zijn, eigenaar komt precies om 8.00 uur aanrijden op zijn scooter en moet nog voorbereiden. Matig ontbijt, niet lekker.
De kamer was erg warm en rook vies en muf, gelukkig was er wel een ventilator aanwezig.

Great staff. Very, even extraordinary helpful.

No air conditioner. Very noizy street.
I forgot my phone charger. Hope it will be given to another tourist, who forgot his somewhere else :)
