Magnifique séjour à Lugano!
Pros:

Très bel emplacement et petit-déjeuner correct.

Cons:

C'est tout de même assez bruyant au bord de la route.

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft war niemand dort, die Haustüre aber einfach offen. Das reservierte Zimmer war noch nicht geputzt. Das nächste Zimmer bereit, aber nicht so richtig sauber.
Das Hotel hatte wohl einmal bessere Zeiten, es wirkt etwas heruntergekommen.
Die Lage ist auch nicht ideal, es steht in einer lärmigen Strassenkurve.
Aber wahrscheinlich darf man bei diesem günstigen Angebot nicht all zu viel erwarten.

Pros:

Wir haben aussergewöhnlich gut im Hotel Restaurant gegessen. Die junge Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Der Preis fürs Zimmer war sehr tief.

Cons:

Die Mobiliar Ausstattung war sehr wackelig, Lättlirost, Schrank.

Het rook zeer onfris en weinig hygiënisch. We zijn dan ook niet gebleven en naar een ander hotel verhuisd.

Cons:

Room was crowded with bed with sharp edges so very hard to walk around the room. I asked for a bottle of water at the front desk and was charged 9 francs (11 USD) for a 750 bottle of water. The front desk man said there were no other options to buy a water nearby and then said its 9 francs because he doesn’t charge a “coperto” to his restaurant clients. The problem is that I was a guest at the hotel and not the restaurant. 9 francs for a water when there is no water available to buy anywhere is abusive bit he didn’t seem to agree. Said it was normal Swiss pricing.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Personal war freundlich. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren sehr schmutzig. Frühstück ging gerade so. Wir haben den Aufenthalt abgebrochen, da wir uns gar nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Parken ist auch sehr schwierig. Lugano ist sehr gut fussläufig zu erreichen.

Mir hat das Haus und die Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist gut und mit dem Bus ist man schnell im Zentrum.

Could be so much nicer....
Pros:

In fact, it's my first negative comment ever written in my live. The hosts are actually nice people, but the rest was pretty disappointing.

Cons:

The list is long, so shortly, the room was not very clean plus noisy because the street traffic and thin walls, so I could hear at night the neighbour talking loud. The breakfast very basic and tables were dirty and uncared. Most difficult was communication before booking, I was trying to write before the visit with some questions and concerns, but I got no answers, even though I wrote few reminders. The only answer I got while check-in was that I should have called, because they don't have time to read and answer messages, so basically putting responsibility on me. Not very professional. I wish them all the best, because with more care it could be nice, atmospheric place like on the photos!

Für die Gegend sehr schlecht!
Pros:

Das Essen war sehr gut,allerdings völlig überteuert!

Cons:

Mein Teller wurde mir lieblos serviert,obwohl ich der einzige Gast war!
Das Zimmer war sehr klein,die Betten ebenfalls.
Von Sauberkeit keine Spur!
Für eine Nacht war es okay,aber nie wieder dieses Hostel(mehr ist es nicht)
Vom Bad zeige ich besser keine Bilder.

Pros:

Sehr freundlich. Man ging auf jeden Wunsch ein und sorgt für Zufriedenheit.

Cons:

direkt an einer Hauptstraße, dadurch bis spät Abends und auch in der Früh sehr laut. Kein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern. Ausstattung sehr alt.
