Klasse Lage. Zimmer mit Blick auf den Eiffelturm. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites und kompetentes Personal. Auf meine Frage, wurde ein Cocktail perfekt gemixt, der nicht auf der Karte zu finden war. Auch die Damen und Herren der Rezeption und die Concierges waren äußerst nett!

Excellent location , all major attractions within walking distance and atmospheric of old skool Paris.
The bar staff don't appear to know how to present their €26 cocktails or how to make them taste good - small details obviously but will remain as my long lasting memory.
Also, maybe add some spot lights into the cave like buffet area because it is so very dark in there goodness knows what you might be adding to your cereal (bacon bits was heat my sister experienced !

Hava serin ve yağışlıydı bu sebeple klimanın odayı ısıtmasını istedik ancak yaz moduna mı geçti bilmiyorum hep serin hava üflüyordu. Otele bu konuyu bildirdik uğraştılar da ancak oda geceleri çok serindi.

Very classy hotel.
We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The room was appointed beautifully for the occasion...champaign, rose petals, handwritten notes. During our stay, the staff treated us like royalty.
Not great. Scratchy sheets, worn decor. Great view and location. For the price, it was not worth it. There are many wonderful 5-star properties in Paris. I won’t stay here again. It’s shocking that certain hotels continue to receive 5-star ratings. This isn’t up to par, imo. I slept horribly. Rude staff at breakfast.
The excellent location was matched only by the the wonderful staff. They were all extremely friendly, polite, attentive and anticipated your every need. :-)
The wine and cheese program listed for Wednesday evening was cancelled.
Excellent hotel. Great location for museums and parks and shopping. Great restaurant. Perfect service. Will definitely return.
Service was outstanding. The hotel is Preston’s. Old Paris but with all the comforts of today. Exceptional attention to detail!
