Lovely hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, great rooms , very comfortable beds and staff are all welcoming. The outside of the hotel seemed to be getting a makeover but we were out all day so did not see any work going on. Loads of things to see and do while out and about , can highly recommend this hotel

Cons:

The swimming pool water is dirty, especially in the small hot tub.
The towels at the pool are very old and rough.
The staff seems unwilling to engage with me when I don’t use the valet parking service.

Some disappointments
Pros:

Unfortunately room window wax covered by construction scaffolding and sheets and hotel only made that known after booking and offered no discount. Room was not serviced after we had asked them to come back later.
