Elena was a great host, she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Very clean, comfortable room. Easy to reach the old town and visit the port area. Bus system easy to navigate.

Pros:

Elena was a complete star - so kind and helpful. The hotel was situated in a very quiet part of town so I slept well. Everything I needed was provided. Cute balcony. It was handy for the hospital and beach.

Man fühlt sich hier eher wie zu Gast als wie in einem anonymen Hotel: herzlich und ehrlich
Pros:

Die Kommunikation war außergewöhnlich gut: Schon vor der Anreise wurde nach der Flugnummer gefragt und am Anreisetag nochmals per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen, um die Ankunftszeit abzuklären. Obwohl das Englisch nicht perfekt war, war der Kontakt extrem herzlich und freundlich.

Der Empfang im Hotel war sehr warm und persönlich. Die Betreiberin kümmerte sich aufmerksam um uns, begrüßte uns jedes Mal freundlich und fragte regelmäßig, ob wir etwas benötigen. Man hat sich sehr willkommen und wohlgefühlt.

Das Hotel ist preislich günstig und wirkt wie ein liebevoll umfunktioniertes privates Haus, was sehr gemütlich und angenehm war. Das Zimmer war sauber, gut zu lüften und ohne unangenehme Gerüche. Der Fernseher war bereits eingerichtet, mit WLAN verbunden und Netflix war vorinstalliert, sodass wir abends problemlos schauen konnten.

Insgesamt war die persönliche Betreuung und Kommunikation eines der größten Highlights dieses Hotels. Im Vergleich zu einem anderen Hotel, das wir für später gebucht hatten, war dieses deutlich besser.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig, man hört Gespräche und Fernseher aus den Nachbarzimmern.

Die Badezimmerschiebetür klemmte etwas, der Duschabfluss lief langsamer ab und der Wasserdruck war eher schwach. Die Betreiberin wurde darauf hingewiesen, zeigte sich sehr offen für Feedback und versprach, sich darum zu kümmern. Für den Preis war dies insgesamt völlig akzeptabel.
