Pros:

The hotel kindly waived the additional guest fee because of the change in property, which I really appreciated. The laundry service on the last day was also excellent – even though I handed in the clothes only on the day of departure, they ensured everything was washed and delivered before my check-out time.

Cons:

I had booked a room at Shivas Galaxy, but upon arrival I was informed that I would be staying at Shivas Gateway instead. This change was only communicated to me at check-in, which was very disappointing.

There is a clear price and location difference between the two properties, and Shivas Gateway is located further inside compared to Shivas Galaxy. I should have been informed about this change in advance, with a proper explanation and options, rather than being told only when I arrived.

This lack of transparency affected my overall experience, and I hope the hotel and Booking.com will improve their communication with guests in such situations.

Friendly Service That Made My Stay Special
Pros:

I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were polite, supportive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness was well maintained throughout my stay, and the laundry service was very good and efficient. I would especially like to mention Naseem,she is very friendly, helpful, and sincere in her work. Her positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable.

I like the stay here and I like all the services you give
Pros:

I have stay at shivas atleast 3 week and the experience was so good. The Atmosphere was good quiet and nice. The room service also very neat and clean. They provide us with all the amenities. I like my stay here.
