Great stay
Pros:

The location is perfect, close to the bus/rail station and great views of mount Fuji (when it is visible). The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy also.

Good but probably bit overpriced
Pros:

Quick check in procedure. Gave a feel of a traditional Japanese inn

Cons:

No flexibility at all for a late check out. The response when asked was pretty rude. Maybe it's a cultural thing and he did not mean it rudely but it did come across as rude

Pros:

I really liked the location of this place. From our window, we even had a partial view of Mount Fuji, which was a lovely bonus. The room itself was huge and absolutely spotless — not just clean, but Monica clean :)

每次從車站走回JINYA，都會經過鼎鼎大名的Lawson、富士山吐司甜點店，附近也有全家，真的非常便利，重點是房間空間很大，非常舒適，還有小陽台，讓我們看到去到日本的第一場雪，真是太完美了！非常適合家庭入住！

謝謝服務人員在我們懷疑是否已抵達的時候很恰巧地把大門開啟，快速帶領我們進入溫暖的房間裡，並且很細心地說明注意事項，並快速讓我們休息，非常感謝。
