La parte interna del hotel es bonita y agradable

Cons:

Me quedé en la habitación 314 y el colchón del sofá cama estaba sucio y manchado de orine, formule la queja y la señora Sheila R. Gerente General, me indicó que lo tomara en cuenta para futuros huéspedes y mi hijo tuvo que dormir con nosotros incómodos todos por ese inconveniente que ella no brindó ninguna solución a nosotros, me pareció muy mal de parte de la gerente del hotel, en segundo lugar el gym no tenía el aire acondicionado funcionando eso parecía un sauna y por último la piscina se encontraba sucia el piso de la misma tenía en su interior mucha tierra. El hotel está bien pero no están trabajando bien desde su gerente…espero mejoren la atención hacia sus huéspedes.
