We stayed two nights before leaving Tokyo on an early morning flight
Pros:

The location is great! Literally 15 minutes from the hotel to the Haneda airport by train. But you can get to central Tokyo in 30 minutes as well with the Keikyu main line trains that change to Asakusa Line during the ride. We also found very good restaurants nearby.
Room was clean. The double bed was big and not too soft, I liked it!

Cons:

The breakfast was fine, but nothing special.

Pros:

チェックイン方法が不慣れで手間取っていました。フロントの女性がすぐさまサポートして頂きチェックインが完了しました。羽田空港を利用する事があり、地方に在住者に親切・丁寧・とても満足感の高い宿泊をさせて頂きました。

普通以下。新しいだけ。
Pros:

新しく駅まで、近いこと。

Cons:

物を置く場所が、なく狭すぎ。折りたたみ机出すと。夜中当たり不便。
トイレとシャワーが、すぐ出ない。流し終わってからで始める。
TVの音が、25で、止まるようにコントロールされてて、管理されてる変な気がした。聞こえにくいし。
スタッフのお客に対するたいどが、無関心という言葉で片付けられる、向いてない人たちばかり。

孫娘一家の訪問と、ポケモンを兼ねた楽しい東京大田区の旅
Pros:

日本食の朝食を３日連続で利用しましたが、重複も少なく良かった。クロワッサンは逸品。うどんも、お味噌汁も美味しかった。カレーがあると最高かな？
コーヒーサービスが素晴らしい。何度もいただきました。電車の近くですが防音がしっかりしていて静かに過ごせました。大浴場が近くにあるとさらに嬉しいかなー。

Cons:

3日頑張りましたが、結局アップルTVの使い方がわからなかった。フロントに聞こうと思っていましたが。楽しくて忘れてた。自分のIDを入れるのが怖かったので使わなかったが、ゲストでyoutuveが見れるとありがたい。googleさんお願い。
