もうないかな、宿泊は。
Pros:

駅から近くて手頃な価格。コンビニ至近。コインランドリーがある。あと、スタッフは親切サービスは頑張ってた。みんな頑張ってた。これは確かだから、現場に居ない奴が、このレビュー見て、スタッフに文句つけないでね！みんな頑張ってた。ちゃんとよく見て評価しなさいよ。

Cons:

部屋が狭いのは我慢できる。ただ、空調が考えられていない。単に冷えれば良い分では無い。オーナーは一度、冷房設定23度でこの部屋に泊まると良い。そうすれば問題が分かる。
空調が原因か清掃の問題か、はたまた違う理由かは不明だが、どうにも何かが腐ったような悪臭がする時がある。おかげでほとんど眠れなかった。
あと朝食。もうね、実際、お金払って食べて見て。もう、ね。経営者はもちろん毎朝これ食べてるのかな？もう毎日食べなさいよ。さもないと改善なんて出来んよ。

Business hotel with excellent transport options. Good breakfasts too.
Pros:

Really nice hotel in a great location. There are lots of places to eat and drink locally, and it's only a short train ride into Shinjuku station. Also, it's only a few stops from Haneda airport too.

Cons:

The rooms are a little on the small side. However, take a tip from me, and if you usually book a double room, go for a twin instead, as the rooms are quite a bit bigger.
