Pros:

The view is amazing and the staff helpful and gracious. There were lots of issues though. Booked a room with 1 bed, there were 2 twin beds, no elevator so lots of stairs, the phone and wifi didn’t work in room, couldn’t easily order room service or request changes or report issues because phone didn’t work. There were roaches in the bathroom, the towels didn’t smell or feel fresh and the sheets were stained and holes. There were ants crawling on the table at breakfast.

Pros:

Situated in a perfect location beside a river bank provides great views of valleys from hotel. Rooms and reception areas are very spacious. Service was nice. :) But one thing which bothered me was that I was not provided with the type of room I had booked. the room which they gave me was without view and traveling solo from so far(Bangalore,India) , thinking to have a great vacation, I was not satisfied. was bit disappointed. The reason which they gave me was "Madam there are othr big grps who are staying at our place and they have made reservations an year before". I mean really? no matter whatever dates of reservation, travelers must be provided with the type room which they have booked for. This was my major concern. Everything else was great.
