Tout était parfait !
Pros:

L’emplacement était parfait, notre chambre était très bien placée au 9eme étage. Les équipements, la chambre et les locaux sont propre, jolie et bien conçu

Cons:

Le stationnement peut être difficile si ont rentre tard à m hôtels le soir

It could have been better if they look after the customer better.
Pros:

The room is spacious , clean and with great view

Cons:

It is noisy, they start cleaning the corridors at 8am.
The staff is trying to finish early to leave, they even closed the bar half an hour before to clean and collect.
No towels in gym and very warm.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié de passer 4 jours/nuits dans cet établissement. Super service à la clientèle. Personnel compétant, aimables et souriant. Les buffets du déjeuner et du dîner étaient variés et chaque soir une proposition culinaire d'un pays différent. Grande chambre confortable avec vue sur l'océan à couper le souffle. Et la carte pour les apéro..... Un régal gustatif et un bonheur visuel.

Pros:

La vue depuis les chambres et le rooftop est incroyable. Équipe du bar Vertigo adorable et délicieux cocktails !
Petit déjeuner bien fourni, buffet du soir satisfaisant, on trouve toujours de quoi se faire une assiette ! Bon point pour les viandes, poissons grillés minute mais point faible car pas beaucoup de cuisine locale.
Chambre agréable, piscine ou l’on trouve toujours des transats.
Super moment au SPA et massage au top

Cons:

Manque de variété pour le repas du soir et pas de possibilité de manger dehors lors du souper et la terrasse propose uniquement des tables à deux, dommage !

Ocean view, excelent location, super clean and great service😍☺️
Pros:

Exelent stay in the hotel - the location is the most beautiful to admire the ocean and the sunset! It was very clean and the service was excelent. The room was cleaned every day. We've visited Puerto de La Cruz for the second time and this hotel made our short vacation even better. The breakfast was super - fresh fruits and vegetables, different types of eggs and also sweets. Totally recommend this hotel😍☺️

Great hotel with a beautiful view
Pros:

Beautiful location, excellent breakfast, very welcoming staff. Bus maximum 10 mins walk from hotel, i cn only recommend to visit. The view to the sea absolutely gorgeous, I enjoyed every bit !

Cons:

The toilet flush was slow, the jacuzi closes at 8 pm -too early, could be extended to 22 pm !

Umístěni, architektura hotelu, terasa na střeše

Cons:

Absolutně otřesná síla WIFI, z pokoje nefunkční, zároveň zde nebyl ani signal. WIFI fungovala pouze na střeše a u bazénu. Vybavení na pokoji slabé, když už jsou na pokoji sklenice na víno, bylo by fajn přidat i vývrtku, tak samo mikrovlnka - alespoň základní příbor nebo alespoň nůž. Personál milý až na obsluhu na střeše, tam byla fajn pouze jedna milá slečna, zbytek arogantní, ale nedivim se jim, byl tam silný podstav personálu, chyba hotelu.

Great relaxing holiday
Pros:

Just returned from this hotel after 2 week stay. It's the third time we have stayed here.The rooms are very spacious all with great ocean views. The staff at the hotel are nice and friendly helpful, especially Dennis who works there, with a good sense of humour. Elsa,Elizabeth and Manuel who work in the restaurant are nice also. Relaxed atmosphere around the pool .Location is out of the centre of the town on a cliff but you can walk down the steps or take a taxi which would only cost you 6 euros each way. You can stay bed & breakfast or like we did half board, good choice of food for breakfast and a buffet main meal at night, 18.30 - 21.30, you can always find something you like!!
Need to get vinegar in the restaurant!! Wife likes it on her beetroot!!
Will be back next year!!

Pros:

El alojamiento es perfecto a mi pareces lo encontré genial, y el personal súper que súper amable y atentos, todo increíble.

Cons:

Lo único que cambiaría serían la cama, las sentí incómodas, pero todo lo demás perfecto

Les équipements et la chambre ainsi que la propreté.

Cons:

Les femmes de ménage passent un peu trop tôt. 9h c'est trop tôt. Une prise USB dans la chambre serait pratique.
