Hotel Atlantic Mirage Suites & SPA - ADULTS ONLY

Upon arrival at the hotel at 11am we were informed that room was not ready so took our mobile number and would ring when it was ready. The gentleman could see at 2 pm we were still waiting so asked our name and informed us it would be 10 more minutes we final got key at 2.30 pm. The gentleman got us to read a sheet informing us times of breakfast and dinner and to use spa we would need hotel towels. I then asked if we could pay in cash and have what we spent added to our room he said we had to set up a tab and we had to pay upfront so we paid two hundred euros in all our years of staying in a hotel have never had to do this just paid the amount we owed when checking out. The room was amazing huge bed a his and hers sink big shower and we could change colour of shower to red blue green yellow. The view from balcony was panoramic. On our first day Saturday we went out and sat around the pool had a drink with no hotel towels on them then we went out to lunch and came back and sat sunbathing until 4 pm no problem no towels and nothing was said by anyone that we needed towels. The next day we went out for the morning and came back and got our own towels and went and sat around the pool we had been there around ten minutes and the lifeguard came and said we needed hotel towels. He then went to reception and guy who checked us in said we needed towels so we could be identified as guest why could they not accept our card wallet which you have to show in restaurant and bar. He went but did not say we couldn’t sit by the pool. The next day we went and sat at pool and the extremely rude manageress came out and told us in no uncertain circumstances we had to leave as we were told this the day before I tried to say we were not told this but she would no listen so we left the poolside and returned to our room I was glad we were going home the next day. We also found out that the bar did take cash so could have paid for drinks as we had them. Just like to say a thank you to the maid who cleaned our room. The chef who cooked omelettes which I knew would be hot but other food at breakfast and dinner Luke warm and food not great. Also a thank you to receptionist auburn hair didn’t get a name but she was lovely who checked us out on Tuesday. If you want a hassle free holiday then don’t go here to many rules and all you want to do is relax and I found out that this area is German quarter so bars and restaurants geared up for them will stay in the south in future

It was clean and beds were comfy. It had nice views. Staff were helpful.

A személyzet kedves. Minden szoba óceánra néz. Nagyon jo az elhelyezkedése. Az ágyak kényelmesek és 2m szélesek. Csendes, ami fontos volt számunkra. Mikro és hűtő is van a szobában. A reggeli extra finom, rengeteg minden közül lehet választani. A kaviártól a palacsintáig, különböző sonkák , english reggeli minden fajtája, és frissen facsart narancslé alap nàluk. Külön bár van az 5. emeleten. Egy koktél €8.5 ami a görög szigeteki árakhoz képest nagyon jó. Medencét nem volt alkalmunk használni mert márciusban meg nem volt olyan jo az idő. A spa részleg igénybe vehető €20/fő/ 2 óra.

Repas très bien , personnel de service top

Hotel très propre, bien situé. Chambre confortable. Parking pour la voiture. Ensemble Spa, sauna, piscine agréable...

Sehr schönes Hotel in Puerto de la Cruz. Super Lage, etliche Geschäfte/Lokale im direkten Umkreis fußläufig erreichbar, schönes Zimmer mit traumhaftem Ausblick aufs Meer, die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, allerdings verträgt das Gebäude an manchen Ecken etwas mehr Pflege (Siehe unten). Frühstück war tadellos. Beide Bars im Hotel sind empfehlenswert, die Rooftop Bar hatte allerdings aufgrund des sporadischen Regens leider oft zu. Das Spa (20€ p.P.) ist auch absolut empfehlenswert, vor allem bei Schlechtwetter. Das gesamte Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the view was wonderful. Overall, I really liked everything!

Produkty na śniadaniu mają średnią jakość, kawa z automatu niesmaczna. Piękny widok z balkonu, jest najlepszym atutem tego obiektu. Hotel dedykowany raczej straszymy osobą.

Pokoje czyste, łóżko bardzo duże i wygodne. Widok jest fantastyczny. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Hotel w fajnej lokalizacji. Pokoje bardzo dobrze wyposażone w mikrofalę i lodówkę. Dodatkowo w pokoju czekała powitalną butelka wina i wody.
