Pros:

Hotel jest przepięknie położony, a każdy pokój ma widok na ocean, który jest naprawdę blisko (my codziennie spaliśmy przy otwartym oknie i dźwięk oceanu był naprawdę donośny, ale dla nas do była zaleta). Na dachu hotelu dostępne jest jacuzzi (dość zimna woda), leżaki oraz bar, więc bardzo fajnie jest ta część zagospodarowana. Śniadania i obiadokolację były smaczne i dość urozmaicone.

Cons:

Minusem są płatne ręczniki basenowe (kaucja + 1 euro za wymianę). Parking przy hotelu jest dość mały, więc można mieć problem ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego. Pokoje są ładnie urządzone, ale jednak widać upływ czasu.

Perfect location for a short stay. Able to get around the whole town very easily.

L'emplacement, les chambres avec la vue sublime,le personnel très souriant

Cons:

Odeur d’egout dans la salle de bain avec régulièrement des bruits de remontée d'eau. Oreilles pas confortable,lit de droite qui bougeait beaucoup et nourriture pas assez variée mais bonne. Également 2 jacuzzi sur 3 étaient froid.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Personal ist professionell, sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.
Das Essen ließ keine Wünsche offen. Danke!!!

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels ist für ältere Urlauber vielleicht nicht so günstig, da es weit oberhalb vom Stadtzentrum liegt. Aber es gibt ja Gott sei Dank TAXI's, die sehr schnell am Hotel sind. Der Preis ist auch akzeptabel.
Die "Musik" in der Bar im 10. Obergeschoss war für uns unerträglich laut. Wir waren deswegen auch nur zwei mal dort oben und das auch nur kurz!

Hotel jest wspaniały i to pod każdym względem. Położony jest na skarpie, a z pokoju roztacza się przepiękny widok na Ocean. Nowocześnie urządzony, pokoje duże z wygodnym łóżkiem. Restauracja wyśmienita. Śniadania pyszne, bardzo różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie - przemiła obsługa. Czystość to duży atut tego obiektu. Przemiły profesjonalny personel. To wszystko sprawiło że pobyt na Teneryfie okazał się niezapomniany i cudowny. Gorąco polecam i dziękuję za wszystko❤️

Super hotel
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The room was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the views were stunning. The rooftop area and jacuzzi were fantastic. The hotel itself is beautiful and I would definitely recommend it.
The only downside was the breakfast, which was quite basic with a limited choice for a hotel of this standard. We also looked at the dinner options but didn’t find much that appealed to us, so we decided to eat out instead.
The hotel is situated on a cliff, a little away from the main areas, so having your own transport is definitely an advantage. As we had our own transport, the location wasn’t a problem for us, and we chose the hotel partly because of its beautiful views. Without our own transport, we might have preferred somewhere more central.
Overall, a lovely hotel with excellent facilities and amazing views!

Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt Nahe des Zentrums von Puerto de la Cruz. Die Zimmer sind modern und haben einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Atlantik.

Cons:

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.
