Delicious food, nice view
Pros:

It is in a good location, the view from the room is amazing. The staff was super kind and the breakfast and dinner are soo good!! The room was clean.

Geweldig!!
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel dat al onze verwachtingen heeft overtroffen. Erg vriendelijk en super behulpzaam personeel. Prachtige kamers met allen prachtige uitkijk op zee. Prachtige grote badkamers en elke dag goede en keurige schoonmaak. Zwembad is heerlijk en ook het dakterras met jacuzzi's is super. Op het dakterras kan je ook heerlijk lunchen.

Cons:

Niets. Enige wat anderen mogelijk zou kunnen tegenvallen dat er flink wat trapjes op- en af gelopen moet worden om naar het centrum van Puerto de La Cruz te gaan. Voor ons was dit geen enkel probleem, maar mensen die slechter ter been zijn kunnen misschien beter een taxi nemen naar beneden. Dit is een korte rit.

Il n'y a rien de bien à part la vue.

Cons:

Du bruit en permanence (musique du rooftop et des hôtels aux alentours jusqu'à 2h du matin, personnel qui hurle dans les couloirs, femme de ménage dès 7h du matin, aucune insonorisation on entend tout), un buffet de cantine scolaire, aucune saveur, tout est trop salé, j'ai même trouvé des produits périmés (10 jours) que jai signalé, le personnel a juste enlevé les étiquettes avec la date de péremption. Le spa est très cher pour ce que c'est, un massage qui ressemble plus à des papouilles, et la moitié des installations qui ne fonctionne pas. Literie pas confortable et douche qui déborde en 2min et qui inonde toute la chambre. Pour 500€ les 3 nuits il y'a pléthore d'hôtels qui se rapproche plus d'un 4 étoiles

Estancia tranquila con vistas espectaculares
Pros:

La habitación era muy bonita, cómoda y con unas vistas al mar increíbles, lo que hacía que la experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Estar justo delante del mar daba una sensación muy especial, incluso parecía que estuvieras en un crucero. Todo el ambiente del alojamiento era muy tranquilo y relajante, especialmente al ser un hotel solo para adultos, lo que lo hace perfecto para desconectar. Además, la ubicación era ideal: no estaba ni demasiado en el centro ni demasiado alejado, por lo que resultaba muy cómoda y práctica. Las habitaciones estaban siempre muy limpias y bien cuidadas, sin ningún problema relacionado con la limpieza durante nuestra estancia. Por último, el personal fue muy amable, atento y cuidadoso en todo momento, preocupándose por la comodidad de los huéspedes y ofreciendo un trato excelente.

Cons:

El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue con la ducha de la habitación, ya que se inundó un poco. Sin embargo, al comunicarlo al personal, lo solucionaron rápidamente y fueron muy amables en todo momento.

Tous les services. le personnel et l’infrastructure étaient loin d’être un 4 étoiles. Et beaucoup d’autres choses autour , genre faire payer les serviettes de bain et le remplacement des serviettes de bain, le spa payant…
