Niesamowity widok z okna prosto na ocean. Bardzo duży wybór na śniadaniu. Nigdy wcześniej się tak nie wyspałam - mega wygodne łóżko i szum fal 😁 Na pewno bym tu wróciła, polecam ❤️

Sokkolóan gyönyörű panoráma tárul az ember elé a szálló szinte minden pontjáról. Az összes szoba óceánra néz. Az ágy szuper nagy és kényelmes. Mi csak reggelit fizettünk ami kifogástalan volt.

What an amazing week we’ve just had at this amazing hotel.

We’ve just come back from a weeks stay at the Atlantic Mirage hotel, we booked it back in July 2024 and we were so looking forward to our stay, I then started to read some of the reviews and got a little worried, I looked at cancelling the week before our stay but would’ve lost 50% of the cost, However, I’m so glad we didn’t cancel, because this hotel is amazing, every member of staff was so polite and couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were amazing, the gym area was a really good size, the roof top area was amazing and offered drinks and food, the pool on the ground floor was a really good size, again this area offered food & drink.
The breakfast had everything, even sparkling wine & Caviar………..
The only issue we had was, the water in the shower doesn’t drain off as quick as it’s coming out the shower head, so it can start to flood the bathroom, just don’t have it on full blast and you will be ok.
We loved this hotel and what it offered us so much, we booked to go back in April, we can’t wait.

Amazing location with breathtaking view

Rooftop Vertigo bar (obviously) and ground level pool. Food was excellent and staff were superb.

The incredible, uninterrupted view of the roaring Atlantic Ocean. Great breakfast & dinner options. Very friendly staff. Choice of sunny pool or spa area. We had a beautiful suite on the 9th floor, and it was cleaned daily and provided with coffee, bath & beach towels. Croissants at breakfast are some of the best I've had!

All reviews are, obviously, subjective but we found that on meals, pool, spa facilities, maid service, everything was of a high standard.Staff are professional, well dressed, kind, very pleasant and responsive.
What stands out is the design quality of the hotel and fittings.
If you view the hotel from Puerto de La Cruz Town ( looking basically north west) , you will appreciate how the architects have contoured the building into the cliff ( above the landscaped Road tunnel). Compare it to next hotel along, which is ( boxing) slab sided.
The rooms offer unique Atlantic Ocean views.
The hotel, although built in 2017, has an almost art deco quality.
It is true experience to stay here.

We had a room on 3th floor. Room was clean, ocean view was Astonishing. There is a hair dryer, no slipper, hair conditioner or body lotion. There is cute place on balcony for smoking. Housekeeping are young & freindly.
On 6th floor there is a small gym & From 11:00 till 18:00 you can use spa part. They are also very friendly & ready to help. We took massage 3 times. There was only one masseuse who was very kind and was present every day, I don't know when during the week she had a day off!😬
Stuff trying their best to speak in English or Germany.
On the 7th floor there is restaurant that you go for breakfast & dinner( if you have halb pension).

And the best part of the hotel is the last floor (10th) there is a bar and 3 jacuzzi with some lieges and ocean view you can have a pleasant sunset there.
There is only 2 elevator & unfortunately always busy. So you might use stairs sometimes.

I rarely post reviews, good or bad, but I am making an exception on this occasion. If you want what we call a “fly and flop” chilled out week of winter sun, then stay at Hotel Atlantic Mirage Suites & Spa in Puerto De La Cruz, Northern Tenerife, for an “adults only” week in the sun (sun not guaranteed of course). I really cannot recommend this hotel enough, though obviously reviews of this nature are subjective. The only caveat I would add is, do NOT book a package deal through Thomas Cook, as they currently use Sun Transfers to get you to and from the airport to the hotel, who in turn, use a 3rd party transport company called “Canary Shuttle”, and we had significant problems with them on both legs of the transfer. As for the hotel, modern, refurbished, clean, great location, good facilities, good choice of buffet food with grill options at breakfast and dinner. In particular, my wife and I were very impressed with the friendly nature of all the helpful staff that we encountered (they seemed happy in their work), the chilled-out vibe of the rooftop terrace with bar, relaxing background music, hot tubs and sun loungers etc. Now I am sure that, if you really looked hard, then you could find fault with any hotel that you stayed at, and we did find two faults with our room. After a couple of days, the toilet continuously filled up with water late in the evening which was then exiting via the overflow and this was obviously noisy, and a couple of days after that, the sliding glass door became stiff on its runners which we reported after breakfast. The toilet was fixed immediately with new parts and the sliding door was running smoothly again when we returned to our room later in the day. Things fail or stop working properly from time to time, what matters is how you deal with these issues and the hotel could not have provided better service in that regard. We arrived on my wife’s birthday and she put her cards up in the room. The next morning after breakfast we returned to our room, which had already ready been cleaned, and there was a knock at the door. One of the staff had brought a bottle of wine for us to enjoy on our birthday, compliments of the hotel. What else can I say, other than, we have already booked the same week in late January at the SAME hotel for next year (with a different package holiday provider obviously), and in almost 50 years, I have never stayed in any hotel abroad more than once, apart from a hotel in Taormina, Sicily where we got married. I think you get the picture.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in around the canaries . Rooms are spacious clean and well kept . Food amazing plenty of choice rack of lamb was my favourite. Smoked salmon and caviar at breakfast amongst other things .My only gripe is the lifts very slow only two of them and one of them only takes three people if more attempt to get in a alarm sounds . Would definitely stay here again so glad i didn't read reviews before i came some were terrible why i really don't know it's amazing
