Номер чистий, доволі великий. Є опалення та гаряча вода. Цілодобово є електрика. Дуже сподобався сніданок. Приємний персонал. Під час заселення адміністратор сама запропонувала принести вазу у номер, оскільки в руках у мене були квіти. І вазу принесли одразу.
Погана звукоізоляція номеру. Повільний інтернет та проблеми із налаштуванням телебачення, тому так і не змогли нічого подивитися. Інструкція по використанню кавомашини була на звороті прейскуранту міні бару і ми знайшли її випадково вже під виселення. І добре, що знайшли! Бо на відміну від інших готелей, де доводилося зупинятися, кава виявилася платною. Було б незручно, якщо б ми по незнанню не розрахувалися!
Все було чудово, працює генератор при відключені світла. Тепло в номері всі необхідні речі в номері присутні від мила до халатів. Ч

Сушилка у ванній кімнаті яка мішає підійти рівно до раковини але це спочатку не врахували
Сподобалось чистота в номері, смачна кухня.
Шумоізоляція номерів, чути постійно як гримають дверми, матюки персоналу (співробітників).
Привітний персонал, чисто, гарно, є укриття. Світло і тепло є завжди, ресторан на першому поверсі та сніданок включений
