Location is good, breakfast disappointing
Pros:

Location is great. Room was on a smaller size but manageable.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was somewhat limited and dishes that were supposed to be warm were cold and some seemed to be stale. Slow to replenish empty dishes. Not worth the price.

Very comfortable beds, location was fantastic and the staff was very helpful & courteous.
Pros:

Location was great, close to the train station which was very convenient for us. Restaurant and breakfast were above average. Coffee machine was located on the check in Floor which was convenient and always available. The room was very comfortable, clean with very comfortable beds.

Cons:

The breakfast was not as great as other stays, the choices were a bit more limited than other stays.

Eigentlich eib gutes Hotel...

Cons:

...aber wer den "Fitnessraum" als solchen betitelt, für den ist ein 7-eleven ein Restaurant. Ein fast leerer Raum, ohne Matten, ohne Wasser und ohne Gewichte.

Cons:

Personal polite but not kind and please… learn English in the end… it’s one of the most touristic city in Japan
We ask several services that were not on the list. No flexibility at all

Dos Osakas a un paso: ocio, compras y lujo.

Un hotel moderno en una ubicación espectacular, en pleno corazón de Osaka

Una de las grandes ventajas de este hotel es, sin duda, su extraordinaria ubicación. Las habitaciones son modernas, cómodas y acogedoras, con una decoración elegante y actual, una iluminación agradable y todo lo necesario para descansar después de un intenso día descubriendo la ciudad.

Pero lo que realmente hace especial a este alojamiento es todo lo que tiene a su alrededor.

Justo detrás del hotel se encuentra una impresionante zona comercial y peatonal, llena de vida, con infinidad de restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de moda, comercios tradicionales, establecimientos de recuerdos y todo tipo de negocios. Un auténtico laberinto de calles comerciales donde puedes pasar horas paseando y descubriendo rincones.

Además, esta zona conduce directamente hasta Dotonbori y el famoso cartel luminoso de Glico, uno de los lugares más emblemáticos y fotografiados de Osaka. Tenerlo prácticamente a la vuelta de la esquina es una auténtica maravilla.

Por si fuera poco, la avenida principal donde se encuentra el hotel ofrece una cara completamente diferente de la ciudad: una zona elegante y sofisticada, con grandes firmas internacionales, boutiques exclusivas y tiendas de lujo.

Lo mejor es poder disfrutar de estos dos ambientes tan distintos sin necesidad de utilizar transporte: el Osaka más animado, tradicional y gastronómico por un lado, y el más moderno, comercial y exclusivo por otro.

Una ubicación difícil de superar para disfrutar de Osaka al máximo, tanto de día como de noche.

Service by reception staff was great, the coffee making facilities were fantastic, hotel was clean and close to station and shops, water replacement was great, washing facilities were great.

Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen: wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station Shinsaibashi. Praktisch direkt an der Einkaufsstrasse Shinsaibashi-Suji.

Cons:

Zimmer sind, auch für japanische Verhältnisse, sehr klein.
