硬體很舒適現代，會再次入住
Pros:

1.新穎現代的衛浴設備, 床也十分舒適
2.飯店旁邊走2分鐘，就是綿延好幾公里的大阪商店街
3.服務人員非常盡心的服務

Cons:

1.單人房裡，送風口吹送到的對面牆壁上方，都佈滿灰塵！浴室內，牆壁近門處，靠進地板的部分也是都有灰塵，可能很少人使用，很少清潔？
2. 到捷運站不方便，要走十分鐘，很遠
3. 大廳禁止飲食的規定，太嚴格，很不友善！因check out匆忙，想臨時塞點麵包、咖啡，還一直被提醒。實在不符合多數國際飯店的默契與標準！
4. 感應卡不接受
5.快煮熱水壺實在太慢太慢了、也太舊了

Amazing stay.
Pros:

Incredibly convenient and extremely friendly staff with a very easy check-in and very clean, very stylish rooms with lots of amenities. Simply one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Great location as well. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

家族が喜んでいたので、星3つ！
Pros:

綺麗でした。人通りの多い通りから一つ入ったところで、うるささもなく快適でした

Cons:

トイレの汚物入れがそのままでした。前の宿泊者のがそのままだったのではないかと思いますが、ここだけは残念でした。

Pros:

La salle de bain et le lit, spacieux.
Le personnel au petit soin et repond à toute vos questions
La situation géographique vraiment incroyable ceci dit
À 10 minutes de tout à pied (Dotonbori, station...), c'est vraiment bien

Cons:

Le prix vraiment élevé pour ce que c'est...
C'est très petit (surtout pour deux) et mon attente était supérieur à ce que j'ai eu 🫤
L'ascenseur ce stop tout le temps à l'étage de la conciergerie ce qui est également agaçant...
