Fine for a quick stay

The breakfast

Cons:

There was a soaking wet floor and mold by the air conditioner because it was leaking water onto the carpet. Making the room smell horrible. The staff was nice though and put us in a new room.

We enjoyed the room a lot. It was clean bright and felt updated. Super quiet even though it was right off the main highw
Pros:

Clean, bright. The room and hallways are well lit and seemed relatively new or updated.
Bed was a bit too firm but that is preference only. I still slept great.
Bathroom felt and looked new no cracks or worn out tiles.

Overall it was a great room and a great night's sleep.

Cons:

It was awkward getting in and out of the parking lot but also a preference.

I don’t plan to stay here again
Pros:

It was nostalgic, we used to stay here (parents) while I was attending college. It brought back memories.

Cons:

The elevator smelled so very bad! The room didn’t want to cool off, the air conditioning was struggling, the floors were sticky and you could see something was spilled, and it wasn’t cleaned up. There were people all night long well after the sun came up that were slamming doors so hard as if nobody else could possibly be staying here let alone sleeping.

Pros:

The shower level did let me get cold water (not too warm or hot),
The temperature was good in the room, I love the cold one, but it was 70° ( pretty good)

Cons:

The room wasn't dark after I turned all the lights off.

Great hotel to watch the sunrise over the Capital building in Jefferson City
Pros:

Al was so helpful during Check-in. He came outside to see if we needed help with our luggage.
The bed was very comfortable and we liked the window shades. Very roomy frig in room.
The breakfast room was very nice.
We particularly liked the hand rail that could be connected to give support getting in and out of the tub.

Cons:

Tv don’t work and took two hours to get someone to look at it( not busy)

Initial room assigned was a storage room

Went to get ice on checkout day( 1030) and they had already locked my key card out

Breakfast supposed to start at 7. Doors still locked at 720

Most enjoyable and the room is always clean, quiet and comfortable.
Pros:

The Staff is great. The breakfast is phenomenal.
Always enjoy getting a room across from the capital,
so pretty especially when the sun comes up and shines on the dome.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything not to like.

The owner thinks he can park his fancy new car in a handicap parking space when he is not disabled. He showed that he could care less. I truly hate ignorance like that!!!!

Awful hotel
Pros:

Rooms need a deep cleaning in addition to basic cleaning. Staff were rude and seemed bothered to check you in & give you keys. There was nothing I liked about this hotel
