Pros:

A mí familia y a mi nos encantó el hotel. Está a unas cuantas cuadras de la catedral, y hay muchos sitios para comer alrededor.
Los cuartos tienen mucho espacio y las camas están súper cómodas, dormimos muy bien.

Top Hotel mit aussergewöhnlich schönem Innendesign, tolle Ausstattung. Zentrale Lage, in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zum Zocalo. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Obwohl an belebter Strasse

limpio, el personal super atento y amable, dispuesto a ayudar

Cons:

la primer noche, en el cuarto que nos dieron hacia mucho ruido el aire acondicionado, despues nos cambiaron de cuarto. No me gusto que al personal de recepción los hagan trabajar 24 horas seguidas, sin un lugar para descansar, no me parece humano.

Comfortable but lacking.
Pros:

First and foremost, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room is very large as well with more than enough space. Unfortunately, that is the good stuff. I arrived at about 1:30 and was told check in was at 3pm. Fair enough. Until I return and later realize I very well may be the only guest. Why make me wait? Second, I specifically booked this hotel and this room for the BATHTUB. It was huge and gorgeous. But I never got to use it as there isnt enough or ANY hot water. Later, I did notice others checking in - their doors slamming at 7am jolted me right out of bed. I could handle all of that - what I absolutely hated was the front door was PADLOCKED 24 hours a day. You had to ring to get in and OUT of the hotel. This was very uncomfortable, not to mention unsafe. I literally felt bad every time I came and went. Lastly, Puebla is such a beautiful city with so many charming neighborhoods. This is not one of them. Nor is it close to Centro. I never felt unsafe but it was somewhat derelict and in comparison with others, kind of depressing. The people who run the hotel work hard and I regret not being able to give them a better review.

Nice place for 5 nights
Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was excellent.
It was a clean place, our bed was old so we had some back issues from it. Our room had a refrigerator, that was awesome.
