Wir waren (krankheitsbedingt) leider kürzer als gedacht da. Haben uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Ganz besonders hat uns die Betreuung beim Frühstück gefallen. Liebevoll und aufmerksam. Die gesamte Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr praktisch durchdacht. Alles bestens - schön wäre noch gewesen, wenn es u.U. nachmittags einen Kaffee gegeben hätte, , aber man kann nicht alles haben.

Excellent location! Very quiet, friendly and hospitable staff. Breakfast was very good. The sauna area which could be booked and used without other guests was also a plus point. Shame that the restaurant wasn't opened the two days we were there.

Dieses Hotel können wir nur empfehlen - es gab nichts auszusetzen. Versorgung und Service waren sehr gut.

We stayed in one of the new apartments with a balcony for five nights. The apartment was spacious, clean, modern, comfortable, bright, with all necessary amenities and everything in good working order, not to mention the stunning view of the Dolomites from all windows. There is a washroom in the hotel with washing machine and a dryer and facilities for ironing, also everything in good working order and very clean, everything free of charge.The free underground parking is under the hotel and makes for easy access to the room. The area has a village feel and is nice and quiet and it does have its coffee house and your local supermarket and the village makes a good starting point for many excursions into the Dolomites The reasons why we didn’t give this hotel all top ratings are three. One, it is not possible to have daily cleaning even if you’re prepared to pay extra for it. Two, the nightly charge for pets is €10 per pet, which under normal circumstances would be fine but as there is no daily cleaning it seems excessive. We only had cleaning once during our stay and upon our departure and we were charged 100 Euro for one dog and one cat. Three, dogs are not allowed in the underground parking, which is just silly and makes you fell less welcome.

Wunderful, clean, modern, big-size appartment with balcony and nice view. Warm welcome from a young lady at check-in. Breakfast delicisious and also very friendly service-staff in the morning. Free garage and good WiFi. Only one point doesn't fit to our execellent one-week-stay: the service-staff in the in-house restaurant was very unfriendly and not service oriented like the others in the Hotel. Also the food (dreierlei Knoedel) were the worsest we had during our stay in the Bruneck area. Pity, but therefore we didn't chose the restaurant a second time. There are several better alternatives around.

Wir verbrachten auf der Durchreise 2 Nächte hier und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Besonders gefiel uns:
# Aufteilung des Zimmers.
# Sauberkeit im Zimmer.
# Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit in der Hotelgarage im Untergeschoss.
# Kein aufdringliche Anbieten von Frühstück und Abendessen.

Die kleine Abstufung beim Punkt "Sauberkeit" bezieht sich lediglich auf den Balkon. Offensichtlich wurde vergessen, den Boden, Tisch und Stühle zu reinigen.

Wir würden hier wieder übernachten und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
