breakfast was ok and location was also ok

Cons:

very poor and slow internet. no circle drive at the entrance and no way to stay out of the rain when checking in. bathroom sink drain was clogged and I reported it but it was not fixed!

Excellent stay
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

The bathrooms have no room for anything but a hairbrush and a curling iron. The Sinks are SO big that they leave NO counter space. Two women traveling, this was not comfortable. Had to just put a towel in the sink and use it as a counter.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good and plenty of it.
It was nice and quiet the pool area was very clean.
The different entrances were very convenient.
The gas station next door was convenient too.
Coffee was delicous.

Cons:

There wasn't a lounge.

The Blackout Shade was awesome!

Cons:

This was a room with two queen beds so obviously there would be more than one person. It only had one chair. You don't always want to lay on the bed to watch TV or to eat something. A lot of room has stayed in had a small table with two chairs around it

Disappointing and Unpleasant
Cons:

I checked into the hotel on the evening of June 6th, and unfortunately, the condition of the room left an extremely poor first impression.
Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the bed linens contained multiple long hairs and visible stains. The issue was significant enough that we had to request a fresh set of linens to be delivered to our room. The bedside tables were covered with dried cup rings and watermarks, and dust was visible throughout the room.
The bathroom was particularly disappointing. There were pubic hairs on the toilet seat, long hairs along the sink and shower area, and the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable hotel standards. Additionally, the fire sprinkler cover plate inside the bathroom was heavily rusted. While moisture and humidity can naturally contribute to corrosion, this fixture appeared as though it had not been replaced or maintained in years. The bathroom exhaust vent was also noticeably dirty and in need of attention.
This was especially surprising because this was our third stay at this property within the last two years, and we have never previously experienced cleanliness issues. Each room typically contains a card identifying the employee responsible for cleaning it. Based on the condition of our room, it is evident that the cleaning process was not completed to an acceptable standard, and management should review the performance expectations and quality-control procedures for housekeeping staff. (By the way an individual named Stephen was the housekeeper assigned to our room).
Unfortunately, our experience was further impacted on the second night of our stay, June 7th, at approximately 9:00 p.m., when we encountered an exceptionally rude and unprofessional front desk employee. We approached the desk with two simple requests: an extra towel and information regarding pool hours. The employee appeared irritated that we interrupted him while he was watching videos on his phone and responded with a dismissive attitude.

Unfortunately, our room was near the main stairs so it was a very noisy, high traffic area.
