Nothing
Didn't realize that they were families living at the hotel. Online it said that there was a swimming pool and there was breakfast but there was neither available. Nothing was mentioned upon arrival. I only found out about the pool being closed when I asked where it was located. Our entire floor smelled like pee!!! It was as if someone walked around and just poured pee all over the carpet. It was gross. TV barely worked. Safety level-ZERO!!! Police pulling up at night and in the morning. I remember staying at hotels in this area back in the early 2000s , and boy has this changed. A complete 180 for the worst. If y'all want to give me a refund, I would not complain about that.
I don't expect anyone will see this review, but Check-in, Check-out and Front Desk staff (Stephanie)was pleasant and helpful. That pretty much wraps it up. No breakfast didn't really expect it but probably would not have eaten it anyway.
Room was dirty, facility is in need of repairs. HVAC was broken and falling apart. Bed linens looked like they were previously slept in, no blanket, only a sheet. Arriving at mid-night after all day on the road was too tired to care. Slept in my clothes on top of the bed. Bath facilities (Commode) inoperable, end of the flush lever rod either broken or corroded off so nothing for the tank flapper chain to hook to. After that I didn't even try the tub or shower, but appearances indicated they were in the same condition as the commode. Showered next night, different town and facility.
The room wasn't bad. I got what I paid for! It was a corner room at the end of the hallway, which was actually pretty cool. Very secluded!!!
Breakfast wasn't great. My husband was not having it after tasting the first bite. N. The coffee taste like cardboard so I had to run down the street!
You had my reservation, but there were no rooms available when we got there. The front desk clerk told us they always over book.we had to stay in a different hotel for more money.
The desk staff were aware and welcoming.
The check in and check out staff were honest and straightforward that Area has a high level of clientele that Party and abuse property creating elevated Local Police visits
No Bugs or extreme in room floor issues. .
No Breakfast, area was present but only a juice dispenser was active.
Inference seen - Denny Restaurant trifolds left all over the lobby end tables instead.
Elevator floor was extremely filthy, smell of wet animal
Hallway carpet was extremely soiled , peeling from wall and walls had wallpaper damage with sports of possible water damage. Entry lock was missing exterior top enclosure cap., White construction dust in most room entry thresholds
Air exchanger unit power cord appears to have been improperly patched and is exposed to guest view
Based on exterior entryway, and variety of damages patchesd and improperly patched , we could only presume the location struggles to keep up with guest created chaos and damage resulting in overall reduced property condition.
We were made aware on arrival that cash ONLY retainer was required to complete check-in and would be refunding in AM provided the stay incurred no incidents or issues. (no this was not allowed to be held by Charge plate)
We committed to the stay based on proximity to our planned activities the following day.
However As we wont be holding a hotel party , or trying to sneak a prom or college event group into a room at any future date we will be skipping this property in the future and we felt the Property Management might need supporting facility operations training in order to conform to Wyndham standards or expectation guidelines, or Maybe they are following expectations that are lower than we expected.
Be aware Old Cork St. on north side next to Arby's is proper entry, the south side Old Cork St is a Dilapidated improper entry.
When I got there that hotel did not have a room available. It should have denied me the reservation online.
I was overbooked and still haven’t received my money back. I did not stay and I am extremely angry.
I have not been refunded for a day that I was overbooked for and was told it could take up to two weeks to receive my money
Surprised by cleanliness and comfort of the room
Having to drive around looking for an ATM for the 50$ deposit
The pool was a nice amenity
Not knowing there was a 50$ deposit requiring cash and having to walk a mile to a gas station to use a ATM
Homeless living in woods on property, elevator for my disabled partner out of order.trash and debris and broken doors everywhere .No remote for tv
Nothing. I didn’t stay. But I appreciate the creative hustle it takes to ask for an extra $50 in cash on top of the deposit without listing it in your policy.
Upon arrival, the front desk asked for an additional $50 cash deposit that wasn’t listed anywhere in the Booking.com policy. I was already paying a deposit and booking fee. This unlisted demand felt shady and predatory. The elevator was also out of order and the place looked like it hadn’t been maintained in years. I chose not to stay because I didn’t feel safe or respected.
Staff
Wifi sucked AC unit leaked on carpet in room was socked pool was closed no breakfest
It was not good experience at all and I claimed one night to be refunded
They didn't check if I needed anything in room and homeless sleeping in the hallway
Nothing
I booked a reservation a month ago. I got there, on the day of the reservation, and they didn’t have a room for me! Ridiculous!
