Pros:

Cet hôtel ne travaille pas avec Expedia ! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés sur place, aucune trace de notre réservation alors que ma carte a bien été débitée.
J'exige un remboursement rapidement !

Horrible expérience pour un client Gold
Pros:

Cet hôtel a prétendu n’avoir aucune relation avec Hôtel.com et à donc refusé de me loger. N’ayant pas accès à un réseau Internet je n’ai eu comme solution que de prendre la chambre la moins chère dans le voisinage. Et compte tenu du préjudice que j’ai subi je demande à Hôtel.com de me compenser la différence de prix.
