No compensation for the inconvenience of soiled sheets and delayed sleep.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine

Cons:

My sheets on the bed were gravely soiled. The staff member sent to change them was inexperienced and struggled to make the bed. He even neglected to put on a top sheet. The only compensation offered was an item from the convenience shop. I expected the room to be comped at that point, or at the very least some discount extended. I am very disappointed in this company.

Pros:

I liked breakfast and the swimming spa. I also appreciate the fact that they were able to put me and my brother next to each other. That was awesome. I felt like a queen

Cons:

I'm allergic to Dove products. Of course, I didn't use them. I wasn't if there were other things that could be offered for soap.

Good overnight stay with pups
Pros:

Spacious room, comfortable beds, dated but fun pool area and friendly staff.

Cons:

Under the beds were never cleaned, old cookie broken apart next to and under the microwave:Attention to cleanliness could be better. The hallway had a funky smell and ground floor was dingy. Breakfast was lacking

It was perfect! Right close to where we wanted to be
Pros:

The breakfast was really good. The staff there was great. The location was fantastic. Easy on and off freeway. Gas stations, food, entertainment. Loved it!

Cons:

The bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way. I wish the windows could open up a little more

What a great place to stay!
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, I loved the several varieties of pillows from hard to soft and the facility was very clean. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman who checked me in because she was extraordinarily professional and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.
