Nice staff, but Light Sleepers Beware!
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, there was lots of parking, I appreciated them being dog friendly, the room size and amenities were good (like a fridge), the 24 hr coffee machine in lobby was nice.

Cons:

Paper-thin walls, doors and single-pane windows made it seem like the window was open and made sleep a challenge (since my neighbor stayed up most of the night). Totally unacceptable for a hotel next to a major highway as the road noise was bad.

Pros:

Good price but I was only there one quick night so I didn't experience the whole place. Gassing up was convenient.

Needs more trees to buffer freeway sounds but once I slept it was fine.

Great place, easy to find.

Nice clean comfortable room. Checkin was great, very friendly & helpful
Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices & breakfast lady was so nice & friendly.

Cons:

Room faced highway so we could hear traffic noise.

Not worth it

Well, first off.
They could have told me that they're pool, and hot tub were down. I traveled 5 hours with 3 kids.
Reserved the room because it had a pool and a hot tub and needless to say, did not tell me until after I had paid at the hotel that the pool was down and everything else and on the website. The breakfast looked so much better than what was actually there, in my opinion. Very, very skimpy, on food on the website. You can clearly see that there was a Waffle maker or there should have been and all that there were sausage links and eggs and cereal. For the price, not worth it very unhappy!

Pros:

I loved how friendly the staff was and how clean and nice the room was. The breakfast was good. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with down pillows.

Cons:

I did not like that the pool was down. One of the main reasons we booked the hotel was because it had listed having a pool.

Cons:

We were initially put on the 1st floor, and the people above us were super loud. It was so loud couldn't rest and woke us out of our sleep after a long day. Than we had to switch rooms just to get peace, which was inconvenient.

Pros:

The air did not work properly, the temp in the room made me feel like I was being cooked alive. The floors through out the room were filthy. They have feather pillows with the worlds thinnest pillow cases so if you enjoy being stabbed with feathers all night this is the spot for you. The staff upon check in was friendly and that's where it ended. Short answers and very unhelpful. Also the entire facility was under construction something that I understand can be a challenge. If I would have know that I never would have spent over $200 for this crappy night.

Pros:

Breakfast staff were very attentive and polite. Limited space for pets. Very close to freeway but room well insulated for sound. Great quiet AC unit. Building under serious construction-remodeling. Hopefully new management will be up to a renewed facility.
