All the staff were smoking in the toilets outside the dorm so the rooms really smelt of cigarette smoke

The hotel is still under construction! There are opened walls at each floors, and it is dirty. Locals sleeping there during our stay were smoking next to windows with all the smoke coming back inside in no time, despite panels forbidding to do so, and there were smoking next to an employee who did not mind them doing it. Result : it stinks in the commun bathroom and in the room. Since there are many beds next to each others in one room and only a little roller blind / curtain for privacy (that doesn't go easily all the way down), you hear everything... And some locals were speaking out loud between them in the room at 4am, even answering a phone call at 4:30am and did not even care when I asked them to reduce their voice because people were trying to sleep at 5am... The sheets were clean but around the bed it was really dirty. And you don't have any sort of place for your bags, you have to put them in lockers below the bed but they don't even lock! So if you have valuables : keep them with you! Compared to Bobobox / Bobopod, here it was 3 times more expensive for a far less confortable experience.

I stayed in many hostels before, but this was first time seeing small kids and families sleeping in one bed in room with 30 people, locals smoking in the room and also noise is all night, so take earplugs. The bathroom is not cleaned and does not have toilet paper, but for indonesia standard I am used to it. The only thing I really hated is the smoking in the room, my clothes smelled like cigarettes and could not even breathe well.

Les casiers ne sont pas fonctionnels. On a du dormir avec nos affaires sur notre lit.

Clim beaucoup trop froide la nuit, télécommande introuvable et personnel non réceptif à cette demande.
Et beaucoup de lumières allumées malgré avoir éteint la principale du couloir

A bit too cold in the rooms with aircon +17C, easy to catch the cold. But staff adjusted the temperature as requested; very helpful guys.
No one responded on my calls, messages and emails - no way to reach them out after booking.

Es ist wirklich taff. Der Dorm hat Olatz für bestimmt 30 Leute!! Dafür sind die Klos und Dischen zuwenig und vorallem werden sie zuwenig und schlecht geputzt. Es herrscht ein unangenehmer Uringerucht (vermutlich auf Grund der vielen Männer) und es ist immer Alles nass.
Es kam nachts um 4 eine Frau mit KLEINKIND vlt 3 Jahre alt. Man kann sich vorstellen wie erholsam die Nacht dann noch war, dazu kam das sie lautstark telefoniert hat und das Personal hat dies mitbekommen und nichts dagegen getan. Es kommen und gehen Leute egal um welche Uhrzeit. Das Laken war teilweise fleckig und irgendwie war das gesamte Gebäude bis auf die obere Etage eine Baustelle, was die Geräuschkulisse tagsüber auch nicht gebessert hat.

- basically the accommodation it’s a huge room with 20 capsules, but definitely the sound is a problem, as you can hear anything. Just a curtain between you and the other space in the room.
- Toilets and showers are not the cleanest, there were underwear hanging there forgotten for days.
- a big minus is the lack of elevator and the high floors, but the staff were kind enough to help me with the luggage.
- the breakfast actually is a slice of bread + coffee/tea

A butter knife is always preferable to a spoon in the UK, but I guess little things like that make travel more interesting!

Guests were smoking in the bedroom!! This is extremely dangerous for fire 🔥 😱

The location is very practical for going to the airport, but not much to do around it.
