La dueña había cancelado la reserva. No teníamos habitación para pasar la noche y ni se preocupó por dar una disculpa o por una solución.

Para llegar hay q pagar un ferry q cuesta 100$. No se hizo responsable ni ofreció solución. Sobrevendió el lugar y como no le convenía la tarifa de booking canceló.

the island is very quaint and picturesque like something from a postcard. Attention from staff is excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsite amenities and dining. We will return again. Thanks to the Condesa team for making our stay so lovely.

perfect island getaway
Pros:

Waking up to ocean views, hearing the waves below, and having a quiet beach just steps away made the entire stay feel uber relaxing.
The property has a laid-back, island character that fits perfectly with its surroundings. It’s not overly polished, which actually makes it feel more genuine and in tune with the environment. The pool area and terrace are standout features—great for lounging during the day or enjoying sunset in the evening.
What really made the experience was the team. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they care about the guest experience and do their best to accommodate requests, even with the limitations that come with being on a small island.
If you’re expecting a large resort with endless amenities, this isn’t that—but if you want a beautiful, relaxed oceanfront stay with a more personal feel, it delivers exactly that.

La playa es espectacular

Cons:

La gente que nos recibió llevaban poco tiempo trabajando y fueron amables, pero lamentablemente no cuadra la descripción del alojamiento, que esté clasificada con 5 estrellas, el precio, el mensaje que te envían cuando reservas y la realidad. Este es un airbnb que resuelve con una gran playa. No hay servicio en absoluto y no vale 300 dólares la noche

Tuvimos una estadía increíble! El hotel está ubicado justo en la playa y tiene un ambiente encantador de hotel boutique. Reservamos por la piscina, ya que no había otros lugares que la ofrecieran. Nos gustó tener la opción de elegir entre piscina o playa.

楽しく希望通りの良い休暇を過ごせた。

ビーチへのアクセスが非常に良い。ビーチ自体美しくシュノーケルも釣りも楽しめた。ビーチにはパラソルと椅子も準備されており、海で遊んだりゆっくり横になったりも快適にできた。食事も美味しかった。うるさい音楽が流されていなければ、海の波の音や風の音が非常に心地よかった。夜も静かで快適に眠れた。

Cons:

ごくたまに、賑やかな音楽を流す職員がいた。コンタドール島は“静かな島”として有名で、観光客は静けさを求めてこの島を選んでいいるので、普段の都会生活で聞かざるを得ない賑やか/騒々しい音楽は望んでいないことを職員が理解してくれていたら良かったと思う。

we had a great stay! the place is awesome! we will definitely be returning during whale watching season to stay again and book a whale watching tour.
Since they're a very boutique place we recommend booking in advance to make sure you get the room you want to stay in as all places on the island fill up last minute

great place for a couple of days on beautiful beaches with very friendly and accomodating staff.
Pros:

View of beach from above, where the hotel was. easily rented a golf cart for 24 hours to see the entire island. Great meals cooked by the manager/chef.

Cons:

a few light bulbs were burned out. We could not figure out how to work the TV and neither did the manager. He did bring in another man to help him but with no success.

Beautiful island with turquoise blue ocean

This place was awesome! The ocean in front is sooo beautiful like something from a postcard. It’s pretty easy to get to from Panama City and if you’re visiting the country, we would highly recommend making a trip out to the Pearl Islands you won’t regret it

Gran potencial, con problemas que necesitan resolver
Pros:

La atención, sinceridad y deseo de ayudar de los empleados y personal, ofuscados como estaban por los problemas, sobre todo de la piscina, siempre fueron muy atentos y nos ayudaron a sacar el máximo provecho de lo que tenía la isla para ofrecer. Valiosos consejos, gracias.
Mi habitación estuvo muy bien, realmente era una las 2 que eran excelentes y sin problemas, irónicamente las 2 que no tienen vista a nada más que una pared, pero no hace falta en la isla.

Cons:

La piscina no funcionaba, no hay servicios básicos de amenidades como dejar agua en la habitación, hay errores de diseño, por ejemplo las gradas que van hacia la playa no son aptas para personas mayores o con vértigo y los baños usan calentadores de gas que son inestables, son modo lava o apagado. Podrían mejorar incluyendo carritos de golf. Otra cosa es que también alquilan con Air BnB lo que convierte la estancia en algo mucho más desordenado de lo que uno esperaría de un hotel, con gente cocinando y poniendo su múscia a todo volumen en el área de piscinay áreas comunes. Todo lo anterior hace que la experiencia definitivamente no vaya acorde al precio que se pagó, con ese dinero yo esperaba un hotel boutique y lo que recibí (aclaro que en cuanto a áreas comunes, no a mi habitación que sí estaba muy bien) fue más parecido a un hostal barato.
Mejorando todas esas cosas tienen un gran potencial, espero que puedan resolver esos problemas.

Les travaux dans la journée , il faudrait des matelas sur les transats et le plat délicieux pour dîner mais à 30 dollars c est exagéré. Il n y a pas de restaurant, mais qlq du personnel qui cuisinie bon et local.
