Я дуже боюсь плісняву а її було дуже багато, тому мені було дискомфортно і нажаль це зіпсувало все враження

В цілому нам все сподобалось — номер охайний, зручне ліжко, велика ванна. Єдине на фото сам номер був візуально більшим, ніж по факту

Cons:

Погана звукоізоляція всередині — було чути сусідів, коли хтось проходив чи стукав дверима. Але сам готель досить тихий. І не сподобалось, що на фото номер був більшим, ніж по факту. Все решта дуже сподобалось, готель гарний і зручний.

Поставила б цьому готелю 9/10, якби не стикнулась з байдужістю персоналу. У перший же день у мене перестав працювати туалетний злив. Я одразу повідомила це адміністратору і пішла гуляти на весь день. Ввечері виявилось, що майстер не приїхав і готель навіть нічого не запропонував мені, щоб вирішити цю ситуацію. В той же вечір я ще раз повідомила, що нічого не працює і мені максимально не комфортно, але мені відповіли, що " все розуміють" і все :)
Враження від готелю залишились дуже поганими. Хоча якби не ця ситуація, або запропонована можливість переїхати в інший номер - моя оцінка була б значно вище.

Чудова локація навпроти Пасажу.
Є можливість жити в номері без вікон. Це дуууже актуально під час війни.

Pros:

Чудовий готель в самому центрі. Незважаючи на те, що він на центральній вулиці, було тихо і вдалося добре відпочити. В номері тепло, зручне ліжко, все необхідне є. Привітний персонал — йшли назустріч і допомагали в разі потреби. І дуже смачні сніданки! 🔥 Всім задоволена й обов’язково повернусь
