The condition of APT is very good and location is also good.
I can not get access portal key(ground floor), so I should search or wait until other residant person get into portal door. I understand that This apartment have the advanced security of face identity. but I don’t think this apartment is suitable for tourist accommodation.
Perfect stay for family. More perfect if provide enough sandals in rooms.

Location was the only good thing.
Our experience at this apartment was extremely disappointing. The room looked nothing like the photos, with a completely different layout and condition. The couch had smelly fingernails scattered across it, which was absolutely disgusting. The showers were slimy and unclean, and I had to use my own indoor slippers because the ones provided were so worn down, broken, and unhygienic. Towels weren’t even ready, they were still being washed and hung to dry when we arrived. On top of that, we had to show a picture of a written permission every single time just to use the elevator or get in and out of the building. We left after one night and we were booked for 5 nights. The entire stay felt disorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

We like the location not in an overcrowded and narrow streets areas like Old Quartier. The customer services was very good. Quick response to inquiries and willingness to accommodate needs. The apartment was very nice. we loved it.
チェックイン後のフェイスIDの登録が1週間ほどかかった。それまでは1階のオートロックのクリアが毎日スムーズにいかなかった(毎回入り口の警備員に呼び止めを食らったり、説明しても時間がかかる)ため、非常にストレスが溜まった。
施設そのものは悪くない。この周辺ではかなり良い方の建物だと思う。
それだけに、入り口で毎日止められるのは非常に大きいストレスとなった。
If you're planning to stay here, be aware that access to the units has changed. Guests staying 4 nights or less are no longer given an access card. Instead, the host sends you a document to show the guard, who then escorts you and uses facial recognition to grant access. This process is required every time you return, and the guard doesn’t recognize or remember guests, even after multiple entries. While usually at his desk, I occasionally had to wait up to 10 minutes for the guard to return. He also seemed reluctant to assist, as it's likely not part of his job description. The host advised me not to stay out past midnight—possibly because the guard is harder to locate at that hour. I didn’t test this hypothesis, but it’s worth noting. I wasn't informed of this arrangement until arrival. Had I known, I might have chosen another place, as I value independence. That said, the host was apologetic, responsive, and promised to inform future guests about this access policy. I’m giving 4 stars for their willingness to improve.Other things to note: there was a locked internal door in my unit, and I had no idea where it led, and it felt unsettling. Also, the front door has no internal lock or safety chain; if someone knows the entry code, they can access the unit at any time. Finally, the walls are thin—you can hear neighboring units if they’re loud. To be considered if these are within your comfort zone.

Property is quite dirty with tooth brush, soap from previous guest. And they also wash and hang the previous guest bed sheet at the balcony.
Master bed room bathroom floor is also very slippery.
Location. regular contact with me whilst I struggle with my airline issues, staff available at midnight. They attended to glitches first thing in the morning. They removed our washing from the dryer and hung it up for us. their
kindness was amazing. please take the reference for a driver from the airport and elsewhere as this was far cheaper than anyone else. Thank you. Take care.

Nice location, shopping center integrated within the complex - nice restaurant within the complex.
Very good value for money accomodation with convenient access to Vincom shopping and dining and grocery store. Communication with the landlord or their agent was fast and clear. I asked for some forks, and got them in 30 minutes. Instructions to enter required no followup clarification. Actually, I checked in and out without ever seeing anyone. The view from the bedroom is mesmerizing and on a clear day you can even see the friendship bridge. The Iron and ironing board well well appreciated. The extra lock on the door didn't work but Hanoi, especially the central area is super safe so I had no worries. The keyless entry also is appreciated since it means one less card or key to carry around. I will likely stay here again.
